The steak was cooked perfectly to my request. The sauce and mash potatoes are beautiful. The waiters were great and I did not have to wait for my food. It's quiet with not many people for a Saturday. You get one side order with your steak, I ordered mash thinking that I came with veggies, just a heads up, that's not on the restaurant, that's on me. Fantastic.

To find a chef to cook a perfect duck dish is very hard to find. I had the Honey Roasted Duck Breast, absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection, after all it is this chefs speciality. I would recommend this dish to any Duck lover or to anybody that would like to try it. I will definitely return to try something else on this large variety menu. Loved the service ad well. A place to come and enjoy great food in a lovely environment. Well done to all.

Rivergum has become our go-to restaurant in Wagga since it reopened under the leadership of Chefs Daniel and Lim.

Every dish has been sensational as has the service. The atmosphere is relaxing, prices reasonable.

The Hanger Steak and Layered Potatoes will change your life. If you don't have a friend to share it with, hmu! 😉

Melt in your mouth meals, friendly service and calm atmosphere. Highly recommended are the bacon garlic bread, battered barramundi, chicken mignon and filet mignon.

Best filet Mignon I have ever had. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating to my needs in a wheelchair. The restaurant is very clean and nicely presented. Highly recommend anyone looking for value and quality steak.

Great food and service. Extraordinary ambient serving international cuisine. I love the stir fry beef flat noodles with quality unmatched by other Asian restaurants. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wagga Wagga.

Amazing. The staff are friendly and warm and passionate about their food. I eat here regularly and it is perfect every time. Its a little gem in Wagga. Highly recommend the duck breast, oysters and strudel!

Where do I start
From the moment we walked in we were greeted like family by the young lady hostess (so sorry I didn't get your name)
A small entre and then onto the main course.
My wife and I both had the fillet Mignon... it was succulent and obviously cooked with love and attention
The last time I had decent fillet Mignon was in Sydney in 1992..... well this one not only beat it but set a benchmark that will be hard to beat.
Desserts
The apple strudel was a masterpiece of pastry and the chocolate and Cherrie liquor would be hard to beat at any metropolitan restaurant.

I have visited this restaurant several times now and there has always been fantastic food and fantastic service.
I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again in the future.
The desserts are exquisite, definitely save room for dessert.

What a hidden gem!!! Approximately 10 minutes drive from Wagga CBD. Friendly wait staff, the best Filet Mignon Ive ever eaten and the sweets are to die for!!! We will definately return for another serve. Thank you.

What a wonderful place to find after a five hour drive through the country to get to Wagga Wagga to explore the genealogy here. This restaurant is amazing! From the rifle handled doors inside, to the soft ambience, silent externals (can’t hear the Highway) and pleasant light background music to the food! Did I mention the food? Pizza brilliant, steak excellent! Salad the best! Recommend over and over! Fantastic staff! Thankyou! Coming back!

The couple that run the restaurant were lovely, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, but the food was outstanding. My t-bone was cooked to perfection, not sure why but even the chips were a little bit extra special, and for very reasonable prices. Made my stay at the motel, which was also very nice, something to remember. But even if you aren't staying there Rivergum restaurant is definitely the place to eat in wagga. The only way it could have been better is if I had 2 stomachs so I could eat it twice lol.

The food was amazing, everything was on time and hot, wait staff were lovely, will definitely be returning.

Took my dad here for Fathers Day lunch special $49 for an entree and main plus dads get a free beer.
Service was wonderful and so friendly.
