Cowell Foreshore Caravan Park

Great park, convenient to town and spotlessly clean.

Would highly recommend if you are into fishing as there is direct access from the park to the jetty and a boat wash for when you are done.

Enjoyed a great stay!

Only downside, which is not the caravan parks fault, this time of year it is full of grey nomads who think they own the park.

Best camping experience, lovely staff going out of their way to accommodate for my partner and I. Shower and toilet block is very good. Would definitely recommend

Receptionist Debbie was super helpful - they even have bait, so caught a feed of Whiting and Blue Swimmer Crabs - Living The Dream at Cowell, SA...

Excellent location, camping with a van good, Amenities old but clean. We stayed 3 nights & done day trips. Good place for fishing & good beaches.

We stayed here with our van for 3 days. Nice big sites with an easy walk to town. The amenities are clean however they are looking old and tired. Worth a few day to relax in this friendly town.

We went with the caravan the town now has a water park bouncing mat a little coffee van ther and a take away fast food which was great

Loved our time at Cowell Foreshore Caravan Park. The plentiful blue swimmers and fish at this time of year, brings return visitors from all over. There’s a lovely vibe between those return visitors, who fish or crab all day, then clean their catches in the park’s facilities and then settle into 4:00pm happy hour. Everyone seemed relaxed and happy. Seems to have been a relaxed retirees park for a long time, up until the opening of the new waterpark, jumping pillow, and skate park that the caravan park now backs onto. I hope that the grey nomads continue to come every year, & embrace the change that the park will go through. Kids love having yarns to the older generations and could definitely learn a thing or two from them. Hopefully there will be fishing enthusiasts, young and old that can all have a great experience together.
Now, for the showers and amenities….they were so clean!!! Shower pressure and temperature were perfect! 👏👏

Caravan park is good, here Nov/Dec fishing without a boat not the best.

A place worth the stop

In great location, walk to shops and easy access to boat ramp. Amenities well kept and staff friendly and helpful. Now has a new playground, water slides/park, bouncing pillow, basketball court and bbqs next to it.

Very affordable, friendly , clean park. Good sized sites ( was able to accommodate our 19m bus and trailer) . Nice quiet little town, fantastic fishing and crabbing. Great kids water park next door .

Always an interesting place 2 enjoy your lunch from, especially from the main street bakery! There's amazing new developments happening, from a new building, that once opened, will have extra toilets & showers + a huge undercover shelter + new marina!

Doing up the foreshore with a marina; water park; bbq area and kiddies park. In the caravan park itself - Great facilities for fishermen (people😉) an undercover fish cleaning area with a fridge to dispose of the guts and scales. Crab pots $2.00 for gas to cook the crabs. Big kitchen with TV and area to sit. Showers & toilets are older but clean and obviously starting an upgrade. Think we'll be fighting for a site next year !!!

This caravan park is a great place for break during a long road trip. There are many facilities for kids fun and tables for picnics. There are toilets and a jetty to walk on.

Excellent park, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a cabin but was towing a camper trailer that I had to park up and unhook - the staff were accommodating to this request which was really appreciated- will definitely come back - terrific town to visit
