Wow! Absolutely delicious fish & chips plate with salad & ample tatare sauce! The service was super friendly & quick too! We will be back!

Best pies we have eaten and we have been traveling around oz for four months hands down the best !!!

This is not a drill: I just had the BEST snitty burger I have ever had in my entire life. Make sure you get it “with the lot” and it will blow ya socks off. It’s something to do with the cheese we decided in a lengthy discussing on why it’s so good. Thanks guys

Might call it and say the steak & mushroom pie is one of the best pies I’ve ever had. It had the perfect balance of filling and pastry. I’m not into pies that are so stuffed full everything drips out the sides so this one was incredibly tasty and enjoyable.

Took the kids down to Cowell for the day. Went to the waterpark and had the bakery for lunch. The service was amazing 10/10. Food was fantastic 9/10. Definitely going to be a repeat when we're back out this way.

Steak and mushroom was the best pie I’ve had for a long time. No mince, all tender steak. Amazing.

The steak sandwich with the lot was perfectly cooked and stacked with fresh veggies. The coffee was great too, although the latte was a little more like a flat white, but that didn’t deter from the taste. Great staff, speedy service, all round brilliant place for lunch or takeout!!

Friendly & nice. Best pies & chips you can find anywhere. I also travel from Cleve to Cowell, because the bakery in Cleve treated my elderly mother unkindly, whereas in Cowell, they are welcoming & kind.

A lovely clean Motel, but they must be the smallest rooms we have ever stayed in.
The bathroom and toilet where so tiny, but spotlessly clean.
The receptionist was lovely and very helpful suggesting the local hotel for a meal, and I must it was delicious.
Overall the motel was lovely yet I feel vastly overpriced.
We recently stayed in a lovely hotel in Adelaide for 89 dollars which was very spacious.
But finalizing we had a good sleep and continued the next day.

Delicious. Friendly staff. Called in for an egg and bacon s/w but purchased a chunky steak and a steak, bacon and cheese freshly cooked. Yummy 😋

Pies were home made, thank God!! We have been on the road and looking for a country bakery who still have the skills to make there own, this bakery sure does.... they were yummy. Definitely stopping past on the next trip. Thanks heaps.

Past through here to go to Port Lincoln. Great pies and pasties... BUT THE CHIPS......

I had a fish burger and it was on a like a 10" long roll wih tomatoes lettuce tartare sauce and it was awesome and very filling my wife couldn't finish hers

Great service and some of the best pies I've ever had!
The chunky beef was so tender! There was no fat or gristle in the pies. I could happily get fat eating here all the time 🤤

Good food nice town

If you are after a mouth watering steak sandwhich that will leave you craving more, then this is the place!!!!
