I have to say, they have turned this business around. Typically in stock of products, easy to get around. Good quickly children’s clothing and the prices are good when they are on special. Please do not change strategy or quality of children clothing.

I recently visited Target store in the Belconnen area to shop for school clothing for my kids, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. One of the best store in Canberra. It’s big and the staffs are friendly. The shops are always full. The girl in the checkout was quite nice as she helped me in packing. One of the very clean store and well maintained. Self checkout adds up a plus point as well

Today I went shopping for 2 kids winter hoodies. One of them I couldn’t find the right Mario version I had found online.

As I approached the registers the staff were friendly and welcomed me. As I went to scan the alternative selection i hesitated and they must have read my body language and asked if I needed anything. When I mentioned not finding the style I wanted they looked it straight up in their system then called someone to find one for me. I was very quickly handed the exact item in the right size I was wanting.

I received superb customer service from Shaz in the Belconnen Target store today. I am 8 months pregnant and when I walked into the store, she was greeting customers and she was so caring and helpful, and she went above and beyond to make me feel looked after. Towards the end of my shop as I walked out, one of the items of clothing I bought set off the alarm as the tag was still on so I ended up interacting with her more. From the brief encounters I had with Shaz, she had shown top quality customer service, and I can tell she really cares about the customers. I left your store feeling warm and happy, and it was all because of Shaz and how brilliant she is and I just wanted to make sure that this is acknowledged and celebrated! :)

Since 2017, I have been visiting Target Belconnen. I love how the store’s arranged. I like how it makes me happy the moment I get in. The products are of good quality - my favorite is my pair of jammies that even after several washes all these years, they’re still so comfortable to wear.

I just bought a new Christmas tree from here and some tree decors.

Enjoyed a visit to our local target store, we always enjoy walking around and we get a majority or our manchester and basic clothing items. The staff are friendly and their is never any lines or major service issues, some negatives are not everything is labled correctly and you can often find people have stolen components from some items. I find the quality a tad better then kmart and if you are looking for some cheaper items at ok quality then target is always my option. Target Belconnen still plays an important role in delivering a low price on clothing and manchester goods.

They have a variety of items for everyone. I got a few clothes for my children on this day. Staff are friendly/approachable and they respond appropriately to your needs as and when required. I recommend this shop for all visiting the Belconnen suburb.

Its my go too its entry and exit for someone who hates shopping in a fantastic location,no wondering through the mall in and out,thank goodness,clean tidy, and the best thing their lightening is not to bright.

The entry staff member was very helpful as I could not find a price on the item I had choosen. EASY to get around store on my motorised scooter. Clean and easy to find what I needed.

1st time I'd been there, I did my shopping, then it hit me where did I park my Car?? In a panic I asked a couple Of employees of different out let's.. they didn't seem to know cause there was so many... In any case I seen the Concierge, they called Security... 4 of them contacted me looking at my phone insaying that about that they found my car around 2/30 hrs later, I'd parked it in Gov''mt area... They were so helpful, couldn't fault them at ALL!!!. Is there an easygoing going way as to find our Car's??? Especially if it's a first or so shop there????? Please help surely Telstar can have a return to car button??? If not someone we "put it in addition on their new PHONE"", time will try"... Thankyou.. Dave Parker".. Good Luck....
