I disagree with the negativity reviews posted. It’s busy yes, it’s also organised and the staff are fantastic. My pathology location of choice.

Arrived at 7:30am, was seen straight away and was in and out in 15 mins after two tests. The staff were prompt and professional.

Phlebotomist quick, friendly and efficient.

It was fine.

45 minute wait if you don't have an appointment. Average customer service.

I arrived early morning around 8:15 and still waiting 9:10. Two employees are only working between managing reception and taking blood samples. Not efficient for everyone’s time.
And this is not the first time its been the case since i moved in the neighborhood last year.

The carpet is always so dirty and the rooms generally disorganised. Expect to wait for your test.

Expect a long wait time. I got told there would be a 30 minute wait period and I was still there 90 minutes later. I eventually had to leave without getting my blood test as I had to go to work. The workers were kind, but there just wasn't enough employees to match the demand.

Simple blood test was so painful and this happened afterwards. Never again

Use to be good. Now it’s an absolute cluster to say the least. Wait time is crazy, disorganised and not enough seating. More staff needed. The young dude who is working there while they may be new, needs to work on his bedside manner and how he talks to people. I noticed he does not wear gloves when drawing blood? Nor the checking of labels with the patient with their details. This does not give confidence to how the lab works or treating of patients.

The staff need to be more organised. I come here as its the closest one to me. I’ve had to come here twice in the last few weeks at different times and nothing had changed. Disappointing.

Two staff are hopping between taking samples and manning the reception. It was disorganised. Took over an hour to get a sample taken. The staff themselves were nice enough but they clearly lack a third staff member to organise and manage reception. Seems like Capital pathology are wasting everyone's time while trying a couple of dollars saving on a receptionist

I paid for all the test which I had agreed to on the day. Then I get a bill for a test which I did not give permission for and wouldn't have given permission. The guy did have me sign something, but NEVER said anything about second test that they randomly do because first test was inconclusive. When I called accounts, the unprofessional woman was yelling at me, as if that made her right. She ADMITTED to not being there and therefore has no idea what she is talking about. Now they are withholding my results that I paid for in advance and have not provided proof that I agreed to this. So NO I am not recommending them.

Rude and hostile receptionist behind the front desk on Friday 19th of June. Won’t be coming back. Recommend you go to another pathology clinic.
