Supercheap Auto Parafield

I visited the store to buy a couple of items. Customer service was top notch. The lady helped me with query about polisher /buffet was great.
She showed many options, explained features etc. She was professional, courteous and friendly.
The rest of the shop was fantastic as well.

Very impressed with the customer service & information that female staff Bri offered me. Being a female myself, I find it sometimes awkward, so having a knowledgeable female staff help me was wonderful.

Good help from floor staff and the checkout staff enrolled me into their membership with ease and a friendly attitude. Supercheap auto super professional too. Good 👍 work.

Through an email, I was made aware of a sale in store and on their site. I went in to purchase a dashcam and Jayden was extremely helpful and took time to explain the different models, pricing, etc. Went with the front and rear cam model as it seemed like the right choice for my needs. Was extremely happy with the price and was even happier that I got a further discount as I had previously signed up for their loyalty points system. On installing the dashcam and doing a trial run I found that this particular model didn't record the speed the car was travelling at. I returned to the store to see if it was possible to have it swapped for a different model. Jayden was assisting another customer and after he finished, was able to sort everything out for me with a minimum of fuss. All of the store personnel (Paul, Arturo and Robert) here are extremely efficient, professional and courteous. The store stocks a vast range of products. Definitely a 5⭐ experience

Parafield was excellent; experience at Salisbury however was average (2 visits, 1 terrible, 1 good).

Recently made an online purchase. Unfortunately the wrong item arrived. Took it into the Parafield store to resolve. Brilliant staff, bent over backwards to help. Had a call next day to let me know correct item is on its way and to expect a refund on shipping cost. No, not ideal to send wrong product but they’re only human and the way they sorted it out gets a massive thumbs up from me. Thanks Guys.

Regularly go here, never had an issue. Helpful staff and usually have everything in stock.

Visited this business yesterday looking for new car battery. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock for my car but Kelly searched other Supercheap outlets and found one for me at Kilburn. She probably spent 15 minutes with me but was happy to help. Great service with many smiles!
When I arrived at Kilburn the guys were equally as helpful and had the battery ready to go for. Good job to all concerned.
Very competitive prices and great service. Would definitely recommend.
