Angela and the team at McGlades were incredible to work with, for our engagement and wedding rings. The design (including a custom wedding band) and workmanship has been beautiful, and they've gone above and beyond on the service - including the jeweller adding an extra diamond to one of the bands free of charge, to improve the spacing.

Michelle helped design a contemporary ruby ring using a stone I’d been holding on to and the result is stunning. I am so happy with the result and the workmanship.

Speaking to the staff I was able to order a pendant to be made on-site. Clear quotation, styling discussions and expectations along the way.

Staff were friendly, attentive and patient. Providing clear advice on Types and variety of jewellery; not afraid to talk on the availability across theirs and other retailers.

The end result is an item I wanted for and ages price which ultimately has taken my way with validation! Very happy with my pendant and the exceedingly current focused servicing that got me to this point.

We’ve gone to McGlades quite a few times now - from our engagement ring, wedding band, to my mom’s 60’s present. Definitely my favourite jeweller in town. The ladies there were lovely and know their jewellery very well.

Thank you to the team at McGlade's. They made a daunting task super easy. Angie was able to talk me through the whole process and answer any dumb questions I had.

I had found my ideal ring already through an online jeweller with appalling reviews so was despairing. I figured I would try and support local and decided to make an appointment at McGlade's. The team at McGlade's were able to faithfully produce a ring in a similar style, but with the added benefit of being handmade, and individualised. Not to mention the wisdom of a practised jeweller with some changes for longevity. The process was affordable, and timely. The staff were able to source a beautiful lab grown diamond for us as well.

My fiancée (!!!!, she said yes) and I couldn't be happier with the ring we got and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a ring. We will be back for the wedding band, no doubt!
