Efficient, effective and value for money remedial massage and cupping I've been a loyal customer for years, usually for a 40min neck, shoulders and back remedial massage which after health fund rebates is about $19. The massage therapists are very good and firm with their massages though quite limited in English, so be sure to clarify the health fund, time needed and exactly what areas you want to focus on with the owner or his wife at the counter before you enter.

I have been to this massage place plenty of times as i live nearby. I think the service is great. I suffer from stiff neck, shoulders and back and like a hard massage to relieve all the tension. No matter who i get each time, it's always perfect pressure, getting all my knots out. Highly recommend if you like a hard massage. But i'm sure if you ask for a soft one, they could easily cater to that for you.

Owners and staff either do not speak English or speak very little English. Told us to wait for 20 mins for a massage, came back after 20 minutes and told to wait another 20 minutes. Said his wife had to pick up the kids and when I told him we already waited for 20 minutes, he then changed his answer and said it will only be another 5 mins. Sure enough, after 10 mins we left.

They started by asking if my private insurance card is mine ( what kind of question is that?! Assuming your customers as liars at first sight? ) I said yes of course. Then they want my DOB to enter into their computer. I asked why, feeling weird. They say its very secure( yeah right) then ask for my driver license to confirm, said its required by private health fund. Last place I went to ( in a Westfield) just need the card thats it. So I just left. Later I called my heathfund and they said all I need to provide is the card.

Very bad, save your money. Never go there!
