Big W Campsie

Bought this yesterday at Big W at Campsie.
Big W has a few things on sale now. Not too crowded.

This store has most of the necessities you could need at a competitive price, layby, pick up if you order online and delivery to your home. It s a big department store located in the Campsie mall on Level 1 in close proximity to the post office, a beauty shop and a medical centre, breast screening and Mission Australia. Bring the children and they can enjoy the playground just opposite the store. Their massage chairs and really comfy.

Great customer service today.I dont know his name, but I returned what I thought was a fault in my vacuum cleaner.He fixed it, and dealt with it in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner.

One of my most favourite places to shop.. they have such a nice collection of products.. I always end up buying more than I planned... the stuffs are also very cooperative...

Great Service at the electronics dept where I was giving great advice on a tablet for my needs & got a package deal which included a tablet, a cover & head phones😊😊😊 cheers guys nice team work!!! Cheaper for this deal than buying the tablet alone, my lucky day!

It's a convenient place to go for a selection of home goods and things like clothes. The prices are cheap. But the best things won't be in this shop. It's more the lower quality things you have sit store for short term.

Bought lovely pair of Dunlop shoes KT 26.. very reasonable pricing for clothing, shoes.

Got everything the Woolworths supermarket doesn't have

Just came back from my first time visiting this store, I'm honestly impressed with the product range (especially the snacks!!) and the staff were super friendly. They have stuff other department stores don't, and while I like Kmart for their homebrand, BigW has more international brands at cheap prices. Will definitely be coming back.

A lot of variety available at much better price compared to other rival stores. End of the day you get what you pay for.

Omg the staffs jay and Dominic were so so helpful they helped me find the cocktail shaker that made my day Thankyou for amazing shopping experience

Awesome customer service from, katia, the team member, who works in the book department, made the effort to go out the back stock room to get me a specific book, that I wanted to buy, and she has very good product knowledge and is very helpful, Thank you 👍👍👍👍

Friendly service at both checkout and click n collect but hard to find staff in the departments if you are looking for something. I actually think they are very understaffed. Wide isles . Plenty of parking with either a lift or ramp making it easy for prawns and wheelchairs

Big W is amazing as always has so much that you DO need which means you can’t stop buying items there as get scared they may run out of them!

staff Michael was very helpful and took the extra step to help me: i asked for an item so he called someone at the back of the store to see if they had it, then went to the back and got it for me. While another 2 branches the staff were not helpful, they just pointed where it "should" be and did not bother to check on the system if the item is still available. GIVE MICHAEL A RAISE !!!!

We were after a couple of stools that weren't on display and stopped a young shop assistant. They checked their hand held computer and said they had them out back. He was back in 5 minutes as promised. Great prompt service .

Kevin Singh is a legend!! Went to the website and it said that there were a few Pool covers available at different stores and called them all before driving from Sylvania. After being on hold for about 10 minutes for each store while they looked, I lastly called Campsie. The older lady (or sounded older lady) picked up the phone and bluntly said "no, we don't have any left." I said it's on your website, she said let me check... after being put through and bouncing back to the same lady on the switch about 4 times because the sports equipment area weren't picking up. The line hung up. I called again. The same lady said, "no, I checked with the manager, we have none left." I said I have already spoken to Kevin and he said to call back. Thank God, Kevin Singh picked up the phone and said, I think I have located them, let me get the folk lift to check. Came back and, he said I have one for you!! Phew!!
Don't tell me that this generation doesn't know customer service.. this guy went all out of his way, even though it sounded busy there. The older lady, just brushed me.

BTW... I asked a few stores for the pool cover and one said, they won't be getting anymore now because the summer stock is over??? what? It's January 3rd.. Summer is just picking up. It's actually getting hotter right now? Why would summer stock be over? Oh well...

This store has absolutely everything that you'd need, from food to cleaning supplies all the way to clothing. The staff at this store are extremely kind and forthcoming. Would 10/10 recommend to visit here
