Two weeks ago, I went to there due to urgent issue around 4pm (the time they gonna finished). But Jenny Lau still helped me to process my case. She is sooo professional, patient, kind and friendly! I have got my new account and card before the travel! I do really appreciate her help!

Staff very friendly and helpful, always wiling to go the extra mile for me even though I only have one account. That kind of objectivity is rare to find in a bank, and I really appreciate it. I have to make deposits a few times a week and every time I am greeted with a smile. The banking process itself is simple and no hidden fees are around to bite you. The staff are bilingual which helps and is quite admirable, to be honest. I love banking with HSBC and visiting their branch is always a pleasure! I recommend this bank to anyone who wants simplicity in dealing with their money and no nonsense banking. They are the second largest bank in the world for a reason.

I've been a customer of HSBC for over 4 years and have two housing loans with them as well as a credit card. My experiences with HSBC have been very positive. All the HSBC people I have dealt with have been friendly, respectful, professional and helpful. Their home loan rates are among the lowest and our latest loan process was complicated but dealt with swiftly with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Given my transient lifestyle, banking has often posed challenges (and at times been stressful) for me but Sreedevi was an absolute joy. She spent over an hour with me, walking me through the application process for a new account, answering my questions about Australian tax requirements, and suggesting ways to streamline my banking. I had to contact an overseas HSBC branch and she coached me through the call until we were able to successfully lodge a transfer between my accounts. Sreedevi is the perfect balance of professional and compassionate -- thank you!
