Debby-Lee’s classes are amazing. I’ve been doing Pilates for 11 years and this is the best teaching Ive ever had in a group class. Rigorous, and hugely beneficial for all experience levels. If you want to learn how to do Pilates properly, come here. (Makes your legs and bum look incredible too just by the way).
