Great little metro, that stocks all the essentials and much more! LOVE that they stock local brands like Jesse's bread, and have a freshly made sushi station! The staff at this store are incredibly friendly and helpful, and there is a car park (with a new and improved boom gate!)

When my baby was hysterically crying in the carrier and the pram was loaded with shopping. Tara loaded the shopping onto the conveyer belt, she packed my bags and then put them into the pram for me, allowing me to calm my baby. She made a stressful situation so much easier and I was very grateful for her help and going above and beyond.

The Store is always clean and in order but my biggest compliment is the staff. Jo who I believe manages the floor is amazingly friendly and professional and on a number of occasions is seen helping older customers to their cars and helping unload. Another mention is Rose in the Deli who has always got something to make me laugh and finally Kathryn who is usually on coffees is one of the most patient baristas as my colleagues ever changing coffee orders must be a pain but she endures with a smile and i happily remakes the coffee is something is noted to be wrong. My new super market loyalty lies here now just for the staff

I buy my coffee there every morning and, believe it or not, it's better than all of the cafes! Specific shout-out to Joanna who made my day today with making a special order for us. store is never packed, staff are friendly, great selection. keep up the good work

This is a so-called “Metro” store, which means that it’s smaller than a regular Woolies supermarket, with a more limited choice of products. But I can always find what I need here, and they have an extensive range of fresh or frozen ready-to-eat meals. My favourite are the sandwiches. They have tuna, beef, chicken, egg etc; something for everyone and it’s great to just grab one on your way out, before heading home, so that you don’t have to make one yourself. It saves time and effort, and they’re always fresh and tasty.

The staff are helpful, friendly and polite and will go out of their way to assist you if you require it. Obviously, as it’s a small supermarket, they don’t have the same staff numbers as a larger store, so sometimes, one needs to be a little bit patient.

The aisles are wide and without the big crowds, I always find it manageable, and easy to get around quickly and find what I want.

Best thing I like here though is the little coffee shop.There are a few seats, and a bar-type counter against the back wall, where you can enjoy your hot drink and snack, while watching the car wash bodgies doing their thing at the next-door BP garage and car wash.

I’ve noticed some complaints about parking and yes, the car park behind the store is a tad small, but there’s a rapid turnover of patrons, so I generally manage to find a spot most times. And even if you can’t find one here, there are two car parks nearby on the corner of Dover Rd and Ian Street, on opp. sides of the road. The larger one, behind the Chemist Warehouse and IGA Supermarket, can also be accessed from Wilberforce Av. They both offer two hours free parking. Granted, they can also be congested (welcome to Sydney!) but if all else fails, there’s street parking in nearby Norwich Street (although I hate the rear-to-kerb arrangement there) or one of the other streets around here, like Newcastle St, Albermarle Av or Wilberforce Av.

Overall, a convenient and friendly place to shop, and I’m a regular at least once or twice a week. It would improve the overall shopping experience though if they sold alcohol, had a customer toilet on site and more seating at the little coffee shop.

I was served by this strikingly good looking boy called Louis, he was very attentive and knew the store like the back of his hand. Not ONLY did he know exactly where I needed to be but then was extremely diligent in making sure my experience was a smooth one. 5 stars for this kid, whatever woolies taught him, they taught him well. Its these kids that are missing in 2017 retail!

We love this Woolies. Very clean and fresh looking with great facilities including kids play area and relaxing lounge area with good coffee and snacks. Great wide isles make shopping a joy. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
We've read some of the negative reviews and thought we were talking about a different shop. We don't think their prices are high at all. You get what you pay for. They stock both low priced regular items and gourmet /specialty items which are expectedly a little higher. We shop there at least 4-5 days a week. We always find a park, the checkouts are fast and the staff will always help in locating products. Because they stock organic, Thomas Dux and Macro one can't expect the huge range of budget items stocked in other Woolworths. It is boutique shopping at it's best. ....and as for specials the store is loaded with them. One could feed a family on their specials for a pitance.
We'd like to thank Woolies, the manager and staff for giving us such a fabulous place to shop. Well done guys!

Friendly, great music! (I was shuffling to uptown funk in aisle 4, doesn't get better than that). It's the excellent music (David bowie and Moby today!) that makes this place, plus it's compact, clean and friendly.

Well stocked for all the basics, keep an eye out for discounts. I have seen them often have a good deal before the main stores. Perhaps it is the size that helps.

Woolworths rose bay has the best stock and staff are very helpful. Feddie makes the most perfect coffee!! Definitely keep him in the cafe! :)

Nice shop, excellent service. Today as it was raining heavily, I was escorted to my car by one friendly staff who had an umbrella. Exceptional!

Nice buffalo wings so good get myself 2 packs only $5 each couldn't finish them i did try though
