Excellent service. Nice new branch with 4 self Service ATMs. Please note the new address. Opposite St George Bank, Across the road from The Adidas Store.

I was serviced by Kidd who is gentle and polite, especially supportive and responsive. I was provided insightful suggestions and good offers on banking and insurance during the visit. Overall having a friendly banker thinking from customer's perspective was a pleasant experience.

I opened my Westpac account overseas and came to this branch to activate it as required. My service agent was easy to understand, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I walked away from the branch confident that everything was set up correctly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a bank.

Geraldine helped us a lot regarding our home loan. She is very efficient and helpful. Was good experience with westpac. She always made sure all our questions were answered and we were alright.

I like your bank . that's my husbands bank. He sent me money through the bank from Aussie and I always have it on time then keep the good work of your bank

Update to my previous comments! Things have a bit changed from last couple of months since my earlier comments. Good to see that Customer feedbacks form google are taken care of. I can say I had a seamless banking and lending experience now with the staff. One star less at the moment to show rating increase from last time.

I think the customer service is good except I prefer to sit while waiting for the account to be opened.

One star for each staff member that stuck with me through the ridiculous flaws of Westpac's IT systems and the lack of knowledge management. Minus three stars to the useless and incompetent manager that quite literally told his staff to give up on us, despite it clearly being their system flaws. The south Asian woman working there should be running the show. The manager was asking her how she fixed the issues at the end lol.

Long waiting line and slow service when there are so many teller doing nothing.

The staff were kind, but my precious time was wasted. Because my curiosity was not solved yet and as their procedures, I had to went to there twice. In order to solve my curiosity, I have to call and ask again as the staff told me!!!

It is shocking that staff in this branch have a job. Appalling. They are a bunch of inefficient morons. As a Westpac Shareholder, it was very disappointing to see how they were treating their customers. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age.
All of them need a reality check. They need to be walked out of the door to realise the pain they cause to the customers who pay for their salaries.

My girlfriend was served by a man today who was incredibly demeaning and I want justice! The problem she went in for was never even solved... I WILL DESTROY WESTPAC! THE FATHER, THE SON AND MY FIST WILL MAKE YOU, WESTPAC, PACK UP AND MOVE WEST!

I wanted a teller rather putting my money in bag. The young lady teller was bordering on rudeness with the attitude she was doing me a favour.

Hopeless been trying to talk to a person all morning, keep getting answering machine. leave a message every hour. NO Reply

Poor service. Can't even get a few home loan documents and a stat dec together without stuffing up and giving me and my wife the runaround for their mistake. Avoid!
