Great service from walking in with a query that another rather large banking institution wasn't able to address.

Spoke to Faye who was very helpful and then referred to Fahad, who runs the branch.

Fahad was highly efficient and kept in contact over the 3 working days it took to resolve my query. I didn't need to go back into the branch, as he managed to get my request completed over the phone.

Overall, the team at CBA (Canberra City Branch) provided customer service experience that is unparalleled by any of their competitors.

I had a bad experience with this branch on 24th of August. The manager in that branch was helpful but without any skill to fix my NetBank issue. Anyway I been there today on 14th of September and a met such a fully experience employee she name is Angie and always smiling and all the problem did not take a time with her experience and I just wanted to thanks her for being really a legend, helpful, extremely recommend,
