Police Bank

My partner and I used Police Bank in Canberra as the bank for our first home purchase. Amazing is an understatement. As many know buying a house can be daunting, things go wrong, delays occur and the worst can happen.

Buying our first home we have had the most horrible experience with both Solicitors and developers. But one company that has gone above and beyond is Police Bank.

We had Donna Remkes and there are no words to express how amazing she has made the experience. She was thorough, speedy, understanding and extremely precise at everything she did. Her replies were almost instant, she would answer questions before you even thought to ask them, chased up things that weren't even hers to do. She helped us when we definitely needed it and always with a smile on her face.

Donna is not only Incredible at her job, but she obviously loves helping others, the care she shows is second to none and ensures that her clients are her top priority.

Donna without you this whole situation would of been a horrible mess, thank you for keeping us and everything else all together.
You have created a beautiful memory of our first home and we will always remember that!
