Thank you to Jason..awesome service. He was patient answering my numerous questions about travel into Asia and offered a number of sites to visit to confirm our conversation. So far, I cannot say the same with other consulates I have been dealing with. Keep up the good work !!

I couldn't be happier with my correspondence with the representative I spoke with in my issuing of a new passport. She went above and beyond to keep me posted on the progress of my application as well as notified me straight away when she realised I had made an error. In the past I was always dealing with the Sydney Consulate General for my overseas Canadian Citizen needs and this has been much better in terms of service and prompt actions.

Such tremendous service by Dennis Muller. I can’t thank him enough for all the helpful answers and so promptly assisting with a passport application while I was in dire straits with the Aus passport office on the other hand.

Answered on the second ring. They were proactive in helping us. I needed to travel urgently back to Canada and my passport and documents had been processed and were sitting waiting for dispatch for almost a week at another consulate because someone couldn’t work out how to print the waybill. I couldn’t call them and no one would return my emails. Travel was urgent and it looked like I would miss my flights. The agent who answered was fantastic and assisted us with getting through to someone at the other Consulate who could help and sort out the problem. I am very grateful as I am sure I would have missed my flight otherwise.
