Absolutely loved working with Mia and the team on the engagement ring for my partner. Prior to choosing to use Unique Diamonds I had gone into some other stores for research purposes but none of them quite felt right. As soon as I walked into unique diamonds and had the initial consultation with Mia (who was referred to me via a work colleague), I knew it was the right choice. By the end of the first consult the type of style was already clear to both Mia and myself, as I had a couple of concepts, then the stone was selected and purchased. A week or two later the 3D designs were done up and approved, a few weeks later the ring was in my hands and it was so much better than I could have imagined or expected.

My now Fiancé is over the moon with the design and it perfectly fits her. I cannot recommend Mia and Unique Diamonds more, the process is seamless, they meet all budgets, quality is next level and they recommend a great insurance company. I had such an incredible experience working with Mia at Unique Diamonds while creating the perfect custom ring for my now fiancee. She was so kind and helpful in the process, sending many 3D renders of the design along the way and helping to make any adjustments I wanted so that we could create a beautiful, one of a kind ring for my partner. I can't say enough good things about the whole process and the quality and craftsmanship of the ring which she absolutely LOVED.

Despite initial concerns that I might be buying from a front for the Lord's Resistance Army, Unique Diamonds proved to not be a front for a Sub-Saharan African Militia Group and was also excellent value for money.

Customer service with Mia was first rate and she completely understood the timing challenges of purchasing an engagement ring. I add that a free resize was included post purchase and that it was done to an excellent standard in very good time with zero issues.

The ring itself was bought off-the-shelf and was of excellent quality for the price. This was based on the advice of a friend who had 10 years recent experience in the jewelry industry.

It was absolutely amazing working with everyone at unique Diamonds. From my very first consultation to the moment I picked up my custom designed engagement ring, the service and attention to detail was first class. Mia had a wealth of knowledge and was able to guide me to produce a stunning piece my partner loves to show off!

To top it all off all their pricing was absolutely unbelievable and just phenomenal value!

Don't bother wasting your time with all of the other cowboys in Canberra who fumble at the idea of anything over 1 carat and good Color / Clarity. I've already done this for you, take my word and just give them a call or better yet go and see for yourself, you will never look back!

So glad I found this Gem ;) of a shop in Braddon, I will be buying all my jewels from them moving forward. In fact, getting another ring made for myself there at present :)

Where do I even begin?
I was totally out of my depth, knowing nothing about engagement rings, however Jo and Eva made the whole experience totally seamless.
From the initial greeting, Jo was incredibly welcoming and even though I didn't have a huge budget, she still made sure she took her time, and showed me all the options available to me.
In the end, she showed me a ring that was just outside my proposed budget, but was far more stunning than I could have imagined. She really knows her stuff, and even had Eva model the ring for me, as it was going to be a surprise for my fiance.
Once we chose the design and size, the ring was then made to our specifications in just a few weeks.
And it worked!! My fiance was blown away by her new ring, and agreed to marry me!! I don't think it would have all been so smooth if it wasn't for Jo and Eva, I can't thank them both enough.

Mia designed a beautiful statement ring for me out of a stone my beloved grandma left to me. She advised me well about how best to feature the stone and showed me pictures before it was made. I had the ring made to wear at my wedding and I had soooo many compliments. It truly is something eye catching and special. Mia and her colleagues were friendly, efficient and capable. I would go back there again :)

I recently picked up my now fiancé's engagement ring from Unique Diamonds and it exceeds expectations. The team sent me designs for two options I was considering (solitaire and trilogy) and the final product matched the design I chose exactly (trilogy). It also came earlier than the ETA they provided (4 weeks vs 5).
Josh (owner) was transparent throughout the process, and didn't try to push me at any stage; it's all at your own pace. It removed stress from what can be a tough process and decision. Thank you to Josh, Emily and the wider team.

I was less than a week out from my wedding and received my wedding ring I had ordered from another store and it was nothing like the ring I had actually ordered. In a complete panic, I found Unique Diamonds. After speaking to Jo, I felt instantly calm. She reassured me that they would be able to help me and fitted me in for an appointment straight away. I went into the store and found exactly what I was after. I was able to loan a ‘sample’ for my wedding day while my actual ring was being made.
