Obviously the end of another long day for them both, I still felt like more than just another patient. I really appreciated the effort to keep me at ease. Highly recommend, especially for anyone travelling overseas

Delivered my Travel PCR on Time. I had a same day result test booked at Heidelberg and i called to check and Tamara promised to keep a look out and to expect it by 6 or 7pm...at 5 Oclock i got a simulaneous phone call back and an email arrived. She was checking i got the email and wished me bon voyage, checking that all the details were correct on the certificate or they could fix that too. thanks alot to the team there. No 1 customer service, Highly recommend.

I visited the drive thru covid testing in the carpark. It all happened quickly and with no problem. 5 stars. 6 stars if the test is negative. Good news. Test was negative.

While parking could be a challenge- drop off facility is awesome- simply reverse park it on the bay drop the sample and off you go.

Obviously to visit them could be a challenge due to busy parking bays in the area.

My veins are really tiny and takes alot of effort and time to get blood out. The nurses are so empathetic, patient and kind that they try their level best to get samples making sure I am comfortable. I only go to Dorevitch on heaths road and lavinia drive. Even the hospital lab in Footscray always treat you the same.
