Smaller store than Bunnings, smaller range too. However they stock many brands that Bunnings don’t, for instance Stihl. Also plenty of friendly staff around. Polite customer service, I called ahead to confirm my items were in stock before heading into store to purchase.

A very good hardware store with high quality personalise service . My go to hardware store. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Staff were very polite and helpful while doing my click and collect transaction, which I easily loaded into my car with a convenient parking spot close to the entrance.
I loved the great product variety, there was heaps of bargains and specials which are great competition for big retailers 🙂
I couldn't look around too much or I'd want to spend beyond my budget, so many things I'd like!
I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Not the closest hardware store for me, but they are well stocked. Additionally for many items they are significantly cheaper than Bunnings. Worth comparing prices and supporting an alternative to Bunnings, as they now dominate the market and have raised prices.

February 2021 - Been a while since my last vist but the store was clean, tidy but had a bit of a make over in the layout. Bright and open. Only checked gardening section for secateurs with assistance of helpful staff member. Purchased two different pairs. Cashier was friendly and efficient. They also have loyalty card to earn points for discount on purchases. Car parking has been increased.

Great alternative to the mega hardware store, has an excellent range at good prices and friendly staff in an easy to navigate store.

If you want timber, this is the place to get it. Great selection and prices and if you're not going to cause wastage they will cut your timber to length and not charge extra.

The rest of store is fine, but the real reason to come here is the timber yard.

They were great. After a new Yard Force Blower Vac turned out to be DOA when I got it home, they promptly tested it for me and replaced it with a new one.

This place has top staff and exceptional service. They have solved a number of problems that I have had on site. Always patient - and they never try and upsell. Lovd mitre 10. Everyone shoukd shop there to support our local traders. Extremely friendly staff and always someone there to assist. Fabulous bargains every week and they have a reward system to join. The more you shop the more points you earn.
