Heidelberg Pickles and Pappads

I have recently relocated to Eaglemount and have become a frequent visitor to this store. The two girls working there excel in customer service. The South Indian girl, in particular, stands out for her professionalism and genuine suggestions. Her extensive knowledge makes each visit easy and pleasant. She actively engages with customers, going beyond the typical service by sharing a successful sweet recipe – a delightful surprise! The store is well-managed with neatly arranged aisles, creating a positive atmosphere. The combination of the store's excellent arrangement and the staff's excellence, especially the South Indian girl, has genuinely earned them a loyal customer in me. This is the first-ever time I took some time to post a review.

A man in his 60's , shown his art of managing and keeping commodities and indian spice flavours in his mind .Also, he given me suggestions while buying grocery. Thank you ,im glad today.

Not your ordinary run of the mill indian shop. Fantastic grocery shop. The whole staff including Raj is very kind and helpful. They always go the extra mile to help you find the right product. I've found things you would not normally find in other shops. Good on them.

What a great store. Customer service was helpful, friendly and passionate about their business. Walked out with a whole lot of different foods to try as well as a curry recipe book. So happy to have such a fantastic store nearby.

Excellent service provided always, great variety of Indian groceries and fresh stock is available. Raj and the staff are always very warm and helpful, suggesting new products and reviews on the same which has never let us down. Will always come here.

Beautiful store!
Found plenty of spices for all my cooking ingredients. The store was spotlessly clean & well arranged also fully stock as you would expect from a spices shop. The staff was helpful and very friendly & knowledgeable for your home cooking. Really nice place & highly recommend for your grocery needs.

I have seen the transformation of this shop in last couple of months. This shops has gone from empty shelves to full stock. The owner is so pleasing and always asks if I need any help. Best grocery store in Heidelherg. Indian & SriLankan grocery available at affordable prices 😊where we can buy. We can also get variety of snacks, sweets, drinks and many more. Moreover it is a place where you can buy Pooja items, plants, utensils (steel, copper, non-stick) many other household things. 5/5😊😊

Very glad to have a Indian Sri Lankan shop very close to where I live. I recommend you visit the store Heidelberg pickles and Papads. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a well stocked store operated by an owner that is friendly and welcoming. He often tries to help his customers by trying to understand their needs so that he can suggest the right ingredients. Would recommend a visit if you are in the neighbourhood.

Great place to get Indian spices, lentils, fresh herbs along with rice, fresh yoghurt, Indian sweets and heaps of frozen veggie and snacks as wells. The owner is a very friendly man always happy to suggest things if you need suggestion.

This shop is full of different varieties including sri Lankan. This helped us a lot .We didn't have a good reliable place in this area to buy our sri Lankan groceries.

My favourite Indian grocery shop in Melbourne. Has all the basics and a good selection of frozen food.

Lovely little Indian grocery store in Heidelberg. Rice, Pulses, wide variety of flour, puffed rice, masala, jaggery, green chili, Roti, Indian sweets.....you'll find all your Indian groceries here. Great store!

Just visited this shop, fully stocked and lovely gentleman to serve. I got everything on my list and more. Will be visiting here more for my indian grocery.

New Management is very prompt on stock and ensuring all the items and fresh. It saves us to travel 10km to get groceries.
