Absolutely best customer service.
Had a slow leak tyre yesterday. Took it in to Goodyear Tamworth and Pete was amazing and got the car in for a check over straight away. They found a nail in one tyre and ensured all others were serviceable. The young chap that checked over the tyres was very thorough and ensure my car was good to go.

Had a issue with my Ranger whilst on holidays and called Terry at Goodyear and told me to bring it in and I was very pleased as everyone else I called could not fit me in. Terry was busy but still managed to fix our problem and at a reasonable cost. The customer service was second to none and he got our holiday back on track. Stranded in Tamworth on Sunday on our way to Tweed Heads with a flat Tyre . Tried several after hours numbers of other Tyre places but no one available and no calls back after leaving messages ... Terry just happened to arrive at Goodyear and kindly agreed to look at it for us . After checking the Tyre found it to be not fixable and did all he could to find us a new one and fitted and balanced it for us. We needed to get home to work for Monday . Cannot thank him enough . His help was appreciated more than he could know .. Thank you Terry

Was on a trip Ute started making some really bad noises could smell burning rubber and the Ute started smoking, managed to get it into Goodyear. It was late afternoon Goodyear managed to work out the problem and told me they could fix it in the morning. They gave my partner and myself a lift to where we were going to be staying and they also looked our boat in the garage. And true to their word the Ute was fixed the next day and we were able to continue our trip.

Great service. Had a blown tyre on a trailer on the long weekend and they changed it over for me on the spot.

Sorted out a tyre problem (2nd of the day!) on my trailer quickly and efficiently. In out in 10 minutes. Can't do better than that.

Awesome! Travelling from Brisbane to Melbourne, popped a tyre in Moonbi, managed a lift with my spare to Good Year Tamworth and was in and out super quick! Great service and great price!
