Liverpool Family Medical Centre - Dr. Faried Ibrahim

Dr Ibrahim has been my GP for several years. In my opinion he is a knowledgeable and efficient doctor and a kind compassionate friendly person. If you're in Liverpool and in need of a doctor don't go anywhere else.

A wonderful, extremely warm and kind doctor. The best GP you will ever find- and his bedside manner is excellent. If only there were more doctors like Dr Ibrahim!!

Had to bring our grandchild here after-hours.The nurse who checked us in was very friendly, and showed genuine compassion, but the doctor who “helped” was genuinely cold. Barking orders like we were animals. I understand the environment is stressful, and the staff have probably had to deal with numerous uncooperative patients throughout the day. But a child is a child, and a little warmth would have been appreciated. Two stars for the welcome, but three taken away because of the appalling treatment we received.

The doctor refused to assist with a mental health plan that another doctor recommended because he believed it wasn't real and refused to look at the paperwork bought in from the other doctor at another clinic which explained the plan in great detail. In short the Doctor I saw was an irresponsible old school doctor who didn't believe in mental health.

Was sent from work to see a doctor as I injured myself at work. I have explained this to the doctor that saw me and his answer was “I do not care. You are new patient and can’t help you. Just go see your regular GP”
I was trying to explain to him that my boss has sent me to see a doctor and if I could at least get a certificate so I could see my own GP the following day and once again he not only refused, he didn’t once do an assessment, just check my pressure (I hurt my neck).

AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COST

Came here after normal GP hour to see the doctor. They have like, one doctor on call and he took more than an hour to see a patient and no one gave us any updates. The medical centre is literally right next to a function centre that plays incredibly loud music.

1 doctor on
4 hours wait, people walking out for slow service.
Couldnt fill out a form without charging you an extra fee.
Dont these doctors het paid enough. Very greedy and money hungry service.
Will never return.

Absolute joke, the only doctor available takes ONE hour PER person. Absolutely ridiculous

Don’t come if you don’t have more than 4hrs waiting.
Only 1 slow doctor. It takes forever to wait for him typing & check up for each paitient.

Waiting time very very long. Only one doctor works there.
