The Chiropractic care provided by Tamara is great. She always makes you feel at ease with every visit and she is very thorough with her assessment and she provides great care with a combination of manipulation and muscle work. Highly Recommended.

Tamara knows her stuff. Been seeing her for a while. Along with her ongoing treatment and great advice and recommendations to help with lower back and hip problems that have now cleared. Highly recommended.

I have found both Tamara and Namarta excellent Chiro's, have been using Refresh Chiropratic for sometime now and wont go anywhere else, have always found both chiro's take the time to explain what is going on and what they can do, I have always found both to be very caring and understanding, highly recommend Refresh Chiropratic.
