Went to Woolworths Hocking this afternoon, Monday 24th July and used the self-serve checkout. A young girl called Pamela was on duty and she was a tremendous help in relation to 2 items I had purchased, Pamela was very pleasant to speak to and professional, a really great retail assistant. "Thank you Pamela" you made my shopping experience even better.

Friendly staff. Clean and well presented store. Located in a small shopping complex but still is a large-sized store. Easy access from the carpark, as it is not positioned deep inside like many other Woolworths stores so no need to walk through a long mall to enter it. Super convenient - like going into a giant deli store.

Dropped in here for a couple of iced coffees, reasonably priced.
The self servive takes card payment, like may of them do these days.
Not oversized, so was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. Great local supermarket with great shopping experience. I'll be back!!!

I had a lovely lady called Tina from New Zealand processing my shopping. I have to say her packing was great and well organised and she was such a wonderful staff member to deal with. Everything I was needed was there. Shop itself was clean and tidy.

The fruit & veg is always fresh here + freezer presso at this Woolies is amazing. Everything is kept neatly behind a door in the fridge/freezer section so you don't freeze your butt off when walking through and selecting items!

click & collect only time I had an issue and that was 3 bags of stuff missing but when going back down to collect the girl was very helpful and even gave a box of favourites as it was mothers day weekend so they resolved very well :)

very good experience indeed, been going to th is store since it open! I was over charged once and the staff give me the item for free right away, I am lucky to have such local store near by. keep up the hard work~
