Australia Post - Dickson Post Shop

I'm giving 5 stars purely because of one employee - the rose among the thorns. She is the only staff member in the entire post office who actually cares about her job, going above and beyond to give excellent customer service, always with a smile on her face and positive energy. The other ladies are either borderline racist (or plain racist), cranky and/or just don't care.

I can't comprehend the low Stars this place have been given. My experiences have always been 5 Star. I Couldn't recommend them enough.

Very busy office but my experience, over several decades, has been very positive. Applied for a passport renewal this morning - minimal fuss, very quick and entirely pleasant.

The staff was so patient and understanding! I came in to get a passport photo for my 4wk old. It took so many tries and multiple people before we were able to get an approved photo! The staff was so understanding with a crying baby! Can't thank them enough for their great service! Thank you again!

Easy and convenient location to find. Within walking distance of Woolworths and a few other business. Making it an idea location for picking up parcels etc before or after shopping.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. I'm unsure of the name of the staff member who served me today but she was very cheerful , understanding and patient.

The girls at Dickson Post Office are the most amazing patient positive people and they are always so nice taking care of your packages til you pick them up, since you have to use the parcel lockers or pickups since they all get stolen now if you get them delivered to your home.

Nice local post office with everything you need. Staff are nice and parcel collect function is efficient. Good location.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Parcel locker service is great. Neat and clean store with easy access. Very happy with my local post office.
