I had the absolute pleasure to have Hayley Thornber as my conveyancer for a property purchase. Hayley was so professional, her communication was fantastic and her knowledge was second to none. Dealt with some Business

Quite a woeful experience dealing with estate planning arm if this firm. We have been chasing important documents from them for quite some time and have yet to receive an email or call in response to our numerous communications. Do not recommend.

typical of dealing with self entitled, overpaid and underworked legal teams. Dollars are their primary goal and they will milk every cent they can with very questionable tactics & fake time allocation of tasks. They have an appalling customer service model that refuses to keep their clients updated, it’s called common decency & respect. Sheena, Mark Squire and all their dodgy, lazy, incompetent cling ons - zero stars 👉👎

I engaged Mark Squire to draft a simple Will for me, during our initial consultation he appeared competent. At the follow-up appointment, I arrived at the Vinden Lawyers office at the scheduled time, and waited 10 minutes for Mark, who then provided me with the Will for my review, I noted that he had given me the incorrect Will as the the names of the beneficiaries were not know to me. When I pointed this out to him, he asked me if I was sure.
He then told me that he would print the correct Will, approximately 15 minutes later the correct Will appeared after the secretary typed up the correct version.
This whole process took almost one hour and there was no acknowledgment from Mark for the inconvenience this error caused or the fact that he gave me someone else's private documents. Very unprofessional and certainly not what you want from a solicitor.
Avoid Mark Squire and Vinden Lawyers.

Posting as a psuedonym as matters are on foot. We had the displeasure of dealing with Sheena at the Chatswood office. An appalling level of incompetency. We were forced to sack them as counsel and have now had to have our files reviewed by competent counsel. Avoid at all costs except in the simplest of matters (eg witnessing documents)

Absolutely useless. They're holding documents for me that I'm trying to get a hold of. I've called them four times over the course of 10 days, each time I've been promised a call back but heard nothing.

Called the office and asked to speak to someone with IP background. I was told that a Matt Metri would call me back. I am still waiting for my call to be returned. Incredibly unprofessional!
