Rui Rui and the managers were so helpful in a complicated house sale matter which another branch had stuffed up. Fixed the problem in half an hour, 2 days later our settlement was ready and they couldn't have been nicer about it or more helpful. Thank you so much for your help

Only one teller on duty at lunch time. And someone ahead of me in the queue had lots to do. Waiting a while now..

Worst branch ever. Bank manager will do everything in his power not to serve customers leaving the poor single teller to help a line of people by himself.
