bought a few pair of Docs over the years from them. they may not have much, but they do have a unique pair or 2 every now and again. also, they occasionally have a sale going on.

Best priced Dr Martens in Perth and great customer service.

Great little shoe shop, bought a pair of Doc Martens - very helpful owner and a bigger selection of Docs than anywhere else in the city.

Having ordered the wrong size shoe, the refund process was easy and prompt.
Staff were helpful and understanding, highly recommended.

Really bad experience with this shop. I went to get Martins for my partner’s birthday. I knew which model because I had them for myself already.
That was a Thursday, the lady said she will order them and they will arrive on the Monday.
So she made me pay for those shoes.
I went back on the Wednesday she said she ordered them but she insist for me to get another model.
I wanted this particular model for my partner because that is what she wanted.
I went back like that for 3 months.
Of course No Refund Possible !!
When 1 day it was a different lady who couldn’t believe my story.
She personally took care of us. And we FINALLY got the shoes a week later.
But we still had to pay another 16$ because the shoes were not on sale anymore after the 3 months waiting.
The First Lady never ordered those shoes. After 3 months !!!
There is 100 places in Perth to get Martin so it does not worth for me to get them from here, or you might never get them.
And also that lady who basically not done her job was super rude to me or my partner! She should think of another way in her career…

Just had a horrible experience with Susan.
She was rude, aggressive and confrontational. At one stage she got up in my face which was strange. I'll never be shopping here again and recommend you don't either. Luckily I filmed the whole thing. Here's a picture of Sue

I am helping clear up my late son in laws estate. He bought a two pairs of shoes on the 21st and the 25th of January.
Consering the circumstances I returned to the shop hoping for a refund,on one pair. Never opened still in the box.
I was very surprised to be offered a credit note,I explained that I don't think anyone would use it. So the very helpful shop assistants contacted her manager. No, the reply was only a credit note. Which I refused to accept. The shop assistant was helpful,NOT the management.
Last week I had to take an item of clothing,unused still with tags etc on it. No problem what's so ever,full refund credited to my late son in laws credit card.
Martin's Shoe Store's might sell quality shoes. However the management seems to lack in quality customer care.

They don't have a wide range and doesn't have what I was looking for. Friendly customer service, but not incredibly helpful.

Rung to ask if they have shoes. Told “no” and “bye”
