Stefan are an incredible jeweller with welcoming staff. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Stefan and we bought our wedding bands here too. From my engagement ring purchase in 2006 to every milestone celebration since, Stefan Diamonds have always provided to us first class service and after sales care that will always make them our jeweller of choice.

My wife was looking for a diamond ring to compliment her wedding and engagement ring. Stefan’s helped to choose the perfect ring. She is so happy with it!!

She also had been told in the past that her engagement ring setting should be replaced as her current diamonds were not safe in the setting. Stefan’s reassured us that the diamond would be safe with only a small modification and we wouldn’t have to go to the expense of a new setting. We would highly recommend Stefan’s!!

My eternity band and wedding bands were created by Stefan's to compliment my engagement ring. Very happy with the design and have no issues with the bands. It's been awhile since I've had it polished and recoated so the gold was starting to show through. We spoke to Claire and she was kind enough to have them looked at and ready within a week! The rings look sparkly and brand new again. Very happy with the service thankyou.

After countless appointments, ringing around and researching, I found the best diamond range and the most professional staff at Stefan Diamonds. Initially dealing with Fatima was a breeze, she was professional and understanding of my requests. After purchase Rose gave me the amazing experience, she was easily contactable, kept me in the loop during the customisation process, guided me through purchase and organising insurance and to top it off, invited my fiancé after the proposal to meet her and guide her through the care and maintenance. I have shopped at Stefan’s for 3 years now, purchasing several items including my engagement ring, wedding bands and diamond necklaces and the service is always second to none. Fatima has been our client advisor and my family and I have built a lovely relationship with her over the years.

Exceptionally jewellery of the highest quality, clearly made with a lifetime in mind. After looking at hundreds of engagement rings and not being certain of any of them, I was referred to Stefan’s. Speaking with Linda, it took all of two minutes to find the ring I knew was the one. Linda was extremely knowledgeable and a total pleasure to deal with making the whole process very smooth and enjoyable. Buying wedding bands and we're on a budget, and they treated us with complete professionalism and understanding. Felt like the same treatment as if I was in there dropping a years salary. Definitely revisiting in better times for vow renewal or anniversary or a gift when I'm in trouble with my soon-to-be-wife.
