I'm so happy I chose Carmen to remake my jewellery, and I'm over the moon. I highly recommend them - don't go anywhere else!

I chose them as the pieces in their store were beautiful, artistic, and refined without being over chunky or flashy as I needed a jeweller that could work in a timeless style. The ring I needed remade was to turn a shocking insurance replacement of a sapphire ring closer to the original I missed. The insurance replacement was uncomfortable to wear, sharp, and the insurer's jeweller seemed to only make large solitaire rings so they could not get the finer details right. Carmen took the time to model carefully off old photos, adjusted to model based on additional photos, and it's exactly how I remember. I'm so happy to have my ring “back” - they nailed it!

I also wanted some earrings remade in Rose Gold as I don't wear White Gold much anymore, and part of it has started snapping. They replicated it perfectly with fittings that are discretely stronger than the originals and I am over the moon! They look better than when they were new.

They also did the insurance certificates for my rings and cleaned them up like new.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I highly recommend them - they are talented, provide excellent service, and know their stuff.

The store manager Sampa is very good in sourcing the right product for you. I went for the normal engagement ring and was shown the best products in my budget last night. It was almost time to close but still I got served and looked after.

Coleen was super professional and looked after me so that I get what a want- bought a watch, earring and a ring from her.. She is very knowledgeable and a good asset to the company.

I had also visited the store few weeks earlier and the staff called Mariyam looked after me and sold me an evil eye ring. It was a one off master piece which I was lucky to have it..

The Jeweler uncle Surender is the one man who anyone can trust and visit for any jewellery repairs.A person who has over 50 years of experience and will tell you what is the best way to fix the broken jewellery..whichever metal and whatever karat..

I would definitely visit the Mirrabooka store for all my jewellery..

What was meant to be a business transaction transformed into a new relationship.
