Highly recommended! Steve goes above and beyond. He was fantastic guiding me through the process of buying and installing both under floor heating and a heated towel rack. But what really blew me away was the after sales service. I lost the mounting brackets for the towel rack (my fault) but Steve was able to source them for me and sent them through free of charge. Amazing!

I’ve used Steve on a number of my jobs now and I can confidently say that he is by far my most reliable trade. His work is neat and tidy and he explains everything perfectly. He draws a design on your floor plan which explains the way he will be installing the product. I’ll definitely continue to use Steve on all my jobs.

impresses all my friends and relatives ,21st century technology and my kids love it. I cant get them out of the bathroom as they spend ages in the bath as we placed it under the entire floor/ bath tub area as well sems to slow down the water cooling somewhat !
