McDonald's Parkes

McDonald's Parkes located at the Cnr of Bogan & Grenfell Streets Parkes, is a very popular place for either travelling through Parkes or by regular business by the local community.

This McDonald's outlet has an excellent menu & I was more than impressed by the coffee that I purchased.

McDonald's Parkes has all the facilities to provide for people with disabilities, a user friendly drop off point at the main entrance, disability toilet, an area where disabled people can be comfortably catered for.

I found the Customer Service to be friendly & they were more than happy to help me with the online ordering.

The Drive through service was very busy with people being looked after by the friendly McDonald's staff.

Well worth the time spent at McDonald's Parkes after being on our road trip from Victoria back to Brisbane.

What a great store. Clean store, lovely staff who were very helpful when it came to using the app, senior staff spoke very nicely to junior staff, all staff well presented.

I got my morning cuppa here and then I burnt my tongue when I sipped it but I didn't care because I got a free small chips on the monopoly ticket that was on the cup. It was a bit hard to peel the ticket off because I just cut my fingernails yesterday.

Great town and Great feed. Type of town where you can make out with siblings

It was extremely clean. I noticed the staff were very attentive. Shout out to Mary who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

The cleanest McDonalds I have ever visited! Everything was well organised. Food presentation was fantastic, no sloppy messes here. Thanks to the team for all the effort they put in to achieve this.

Fast service and food was good but especially impressed with the cleanliness in the store. The head lady was tidying up and cleaning continually and even took rubbish away from our table while we were still seated.

Alright this is the first McDonald's I've ever been to where I was greeted at the front door, everything was spotless and working.

The meal I ordered not only took less than 5 minutes but actually looked like it does in the photos! Also another thing I noticed was that the patty even had the grill receipt which they often forget.

The coffee for the first time was spot on. Double shot cappuccino, with skim milk, and one sweetener.

And to make it better the door was opened for me, by staff, when I left and they said "Have a nice day".

It was overall a wonderful experience. This is what McDonald's should be like. Quick, clean, professional.

Will be returning! Thank you Parkes McDonald's!

Busy busy, but my order was correct & delicious!

Parkes Maccas, I must say, for the most part my experience was great, even though it was 'first thing in the morning' and there wasn't much in the way of the place being busy, I did still manage to have to wait in the bay, but that's fine, the only drawback from the experience was, as part of my order, I paid for a Cappuccino with two sugars (because I'm not sweet enough 😜) but the drink tasted as though it HADN'T BEEN given such the requested additives, and that's not a good way to start a new relationship, however, the meal itself was fine, and it definitely hit the spot, and yes, I'll be a regular, to a degree, I just hope that quality assurance can be made with every purchase. But hey, this restaurant, is far better than some of the others out there, and I was happy enough with the experience, they're still worthy of the five stars rating, in my opinion at least. And as I travel a fair bit, (for personal reasons, as I'm unable to gain employment due to DISABILITY issues) I've had the opportunity to visit many franchises, & I know which of them that I avoid (because of various reasons relating to quality of the food, and customer service) so when you see my giving of the five stars, then it's something that you can pretty much rely upon, if however you have a different experience and therefore opinion, then so be it, but I'm definitely a good indicator of quality, as I don't pay respect when it's not deserved!!!

Shout out to this amazing from Rockley he was really fast on the service. 10/10 customer service would wake up every morning to see his face.

Was busy but they were good getting through it quickly.
Clean and tidy.

It was open Easter morning. The coffee was ok but not one believed me that it would be open so I went alone. That's 10 solid minutes away from screaming kids. For that it gets 5 stars
