Big W Parkes

Very clean, near and tidy store.
Maybe need to install self serve check outs. Only had 2 things and obviously had to wait in line behind people with full trolleys. But besides this everything else was good.😃

A clean and well presented Big W store. The aisles were arranged in a manner that allowed you to find the things you require straight away. I like this "warehouse" style of Bug W and it makes it seem like a proper department store. There is lots of parking, both undercover and outdoor, which is free with time restrictions. The staff are always friendly.

Huge, very well stocked

I go to BigW every fortnight mostly to buy bulk dry cat food but I love to wander around and look at the specials! It's by far the best place to buy a lot of things from underwear to shoes to camping equipment and even that special dress for your friends wedding. If you're after anything for yourself or the home give BigW a try and you won't be disappointed.

Good product range, not exhaustive, but suitable. Good prices of course. Super customer service, from front to back. Plenty of parking, shaded spots a bit tight. Nice comfy shop.

Friendly, polite, helpful staff who knew exactly where what I was and provided me with assistance to carry items when I inadvertently brought more than I could conveniently carry.

A good variety of products. Bicycle parking is available in the car park. Friendly staff.

Found what we needed here and a great price

Big W Parkes Callie in the entertainment section was very helpful in helping me to order a phone online as the one I wanted was not available in store thanks again excellent service.

This is one of the biggest Big W stores I have ever seen. Huge range of products. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It's very conveniently located in the centre of town. They also do instore afterpay as well. Thoroughly recommend to shop here. I will be back again

Very friendly people

The lady working in the Electronics or Entertainment area on the 25th of March, she was absolutely beautiful, considerate, caring, thoughtful helpful to an elderly lady this afternoon and we stood back and watched how good she was with the lady as an outside customer I would her to be acknowledged for her good customer service!!! I am a regular shopper here. No complaints. Clean and warm friendly service from all. Parking bays in front of store. Thursday late night shopping in Parkes.
