It’s a Maccas but was clean and got an extra star when I heard the lady at the counter help a guy with special needs very nicely.

The staff member was lovely. Sat outside as it was a lovely day. Food was good.

Food was good a standard mcdonalds. Was pretty clean and staff seemed organised

The food is at perfection. The ham and cheese toasties are the best item on the McCafe menu along with chips and the cheeseburger. If they are being rude just think that they're having bad day.

The people out the back were very kind and this one nice gentleman called Nicholas Clarke (could see it on his employee badge), personally came out of the kitchen to clarify my special request and made the wrap perfectly. This was unexpected for a McDonald's and really brightened my day up. Once again, very good customer service, clean place and very impressed by the kitchen staff.

Good staff that listen. Coffee was good but I still like it hotter. No over counter ordering all orders have to be done by the customer Kiosks the girl did it for me then had to redo it back at the tablet it works out to be double the work and people are walking out so Maccas is loosing business. Go figure.

We drove from Queensland to Victoria and passed through this Macca's. We had breakfast. I had the ham, tomato and cheese toasties and they are the best! Better than the one I had at some of the cafes. Gourmet bread (not your cheap bread like the one I also had in my local Maccas) and generous serve of ham. Sandwich toasted very well (not burnt)! I always have the toastie at my local Maccas and they were so substandard compared to this one I had. Compliment to the crew who did/served the toasties.

Service was great. Just need to remember to wear my glasses when ordering from touch screen. Ordered cappuccino instead of chocolate. Girl brought it to the table and I thought they got it wrong. A little embarassed it was me... But it was no trouble, she took it away and replaced it. Best service ever. Thanks 😁

Great quick service and were only too happy to serve me instead of self service.

Another coffee pit stop on our way home. Don't normally do the coffee thing at McDonalds but it seems they have changed their coffee for the better. Not the best I've had but definitely not the worst.
Also very friendly staff.

Lovely clean friendly staff. They gave me assistance to use the stupid order machine. The only thing I hated about the store NO registers.😡😡

Great MacDonalds as they all should be but this is a small drive through quick service and correct for the short distance inside clean respectable friendly staff very prompt and correct on delivery. Disable accessible and parking out front of the entrance rolling ramp up to the fron sliding door. Great to have a quick bite to eat..

Just like any McDonald's you've been to except that this one came with a young worker busy cleaning surfaces, who was only too happy to help me work out the screen and my order I was trying to place, nice work, I put this down to good country folk hospitality it was greatly appreciated many thanks!

Really lovely staff, very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast menu items cooked very fresh.

Great place to stop for a driving break. Terrific coffee, clean toilets, current newspapers, helpfull staff and WiFi. Love a simple soft serve. When I'm refreshed, all set for another couple of hours driving. pcs

Great service and staff

Standard Maccas fare with good customer service and an extremely clean restaurant. The fries are always fresh and not soggy like some maccas.
