I would like to thank Beverley for her wonderful service. She saved me a lot of trouble with an exchange and made it seem like it was no trouble at all! I would recommend her to anyone purchasing jewellery from this store.

Went into Angus and Coote Morley. Sarah was amazing and super helpful. I went in for a watch but wasn't sure what I wanted. Her suggestions were so helpful that I bought a chain as well. She was understanding of my likes and dislikes. Her customer service is wonderful. Will be coming back to see her again soon.

We went there to buy a watch this morning for my husband after checking a few other shops in the shopping centre.
I should have asked the name of the sale person, but she was definitely the best sale person compared to the other places we went for a watch where we could barely have a smile! The service and knowledge (in our case Tissot watches) was amazing and she was extremely friendly. We are very pleased with what we bought and would definitely recommend Angus & Coote in Morley.

Was the only jewellery store my partner and i walked into that did not judge us for how we looked. We liked a males wedding ring but the sizing was wrong. So they did there best to find what we wanted from other stores within 3 days. Highly recommend this store.

Absolutely great service! Was especially impressed by Rosemarie who went out of her to make us feel welcome and not pressured. We got a fantastic deal on some jewelry that was a gift. Will definitely be back.

This rating is more for a staff member ,Sunita who goes over and beyond to serve me. She know by now what I like and instantly tells me what will suit me. She has on numerous occasions sold some beautiful pieces I really value. And if i could give her more than 5 stars I would. I'd say go see her. She knows what she's doing and is so patient...

I bought myself a silver chain and ring, to go with a pair of ear rings that I got for a present, so friendly and helpful staff, the girl that served me had a lot of patience, and showed me quite a lot of things before I made up my mind. Really good prices and have really great specials

Had an insurance claim from a theft to deal with. Natalie from Morley Galleria was very helpful in assisting us with organising replacement items, and also offered us a great discount, which meant we were even able to pick a few extra sparkly items!
