Had a great experience with doctor Jen and Virginia. I had been experiencing anxiety and worried so much about my pain before ultrasound. During the ultrasound process, both Jen and Virginia had been very professional, nice, detailed, patient and considerate. It was really my lucky day that Jen and Virginia had helped me not only with the ultrasound procedures but also made my visit to EMI being a very good one. Thank you team.

Booked a CT scan online day before. No problems.
Given a mask & easy Tick Yes or No form.
CT scan was quick & efficent.
Told results will be on Tuesday as test was on Friday.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are all chinese.Explain in details about what you have to do for next.
Mask is required inside waiting room.
Opening hours 8,30AM to 5PM only Monday to Friday.

Good service I had bilateral knee scan it was only 150 AUD! Quick and good service hardly recommended

What an amazing service. I booked a day earlier and went as scheduled, entered the room for ultrasound even before the specified time. The receptionists were very nice and the specialist/ doctor has done extensive imaging and took as much time as possible. Even better, bulk billed!

Appointment was totally on time which seems so rare for medical services these days and the Sonographer was so friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable with the process. It’s so appreciated when they explain things properly which my Sonographer kindly did.

Had an ultrasound done on my knee. Julie was the person who performed the procedure and she was wonderful — very professional, friendly, thorough and helpful. Receptionist was also very helpful in finding an appointment quickly because I was in pain.

I had a referral from a GP for a xray on my ankle to EMI and they were brilliant. The reception staff were amazing, told me that they were quiet when I called and asked me to come in straight away. They also told me that the xray would be bulk billed. (I had called another radiology place closer to my home and I was quoted $290 with saying the xray wasn't covered by Medicare.) I was seen within 10 minutes of sitting down, no paperwork to fill in and the radiologist was so gentle and patient with me. The xrays was sent to my regular GP within a couple of hours. Very clean and tidy radiology clinic. Highly recommend this place.

I did the pelvic ultrasound here, and my experience was great. The radiologist Jen is very nice and patient for answering all my questions and concerns. Also, she’s very GENTLE of doing the procedure, which totally deserves the five stars review!

They are very professional with bookings and keeping appointments on time. I have had every confidence in all the technicians that they are very qualified. In a recent experience I had with the owner he went above and beyond in helping me out. Highly recommended.

Maree is the BEST! She is knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly, respectful and kind to the patients. I have to say the experience has exceeded my expectation and I highly recommend the service to people who need it. Btw, the receptionists are helpful too. My appointment is very punctual to the minute!

Great experience. We had our 8 week obstetrics ultrasound here. Staff are friendly and professional and explained to us what's going on during the scan. Great service and it's also bulk bill so didn't have to pay.

Radiologist Dr Anthony Leung is the best !! He is very knowledgeable and thorough during my thyroid biopsy and his assistant Julie was very nice and caring.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful too.
I highly recommend EMI X-ray to people who need it as they provide great service, professional care and are kind to patients.

Whoever Sharon is I didn't experience it. The radiographer was very clear and explained all the steps he was going through to do my CT scan including the estimated timeframe for waiting prior to my scan in the waiting room. Reception was friendly and appeared to be fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Fantastic service! Walked in (no app.) on a Saturday. Very clean offices. Was informed up front there was 2 before me and to expect a wait. Jamie on reception very professional. Jamie rang my Chiro to clarify the requested X-ray. X-ray Technician was friendly and apologised for the wait (20mins) adding that weekdays theres usually no wait at all. Bulk billed. No gap charged. Asked for CD digital copy on the spot (as well as film) so there was no charge (charges apply if you order digital after the initial visit). Report sent directly to my Chiro. I asked about a copy for myself and was informed this is discouraged under Australian law due to patients misinterpreting results, self diagnosing and not returning to their medical practitioner to follow up (a sound argument). Additional copies could be sent to my GP no charge. Advised images would take 15 mins, would I like to wait? I did. They took 5. I was in and out in 40mins. 5 star service. 683 George St (Marigold Restaurant building, great Yum Cha) take the lift to level 3. Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience.

Fantastic service, phoned for an appointment at 9.15 and by 11 was walking out after 4 procedures. Awesome!

just had Kerry/ Kerrie perform our scan. we were quite nervous however she was very accommodating and sweet. Sandy at reception is also very nice. thank you guys

Had an x-ray done here and reception was very professional and friendly! I got my results quite quickly with my report and films on the same day. Very great service!
