I feel for the staff, the school and students next door so rude and messy ,I often see them weekly just so rude to staff n even other people, taking their time playing n not care other customers are waiting ,

10/10 I'm not going to say it deserves to be crowned, '7/11 Sydney' but it is pretty much the largest in this city.

It’s a really busy store, but have excellent customer service.

Big store always busy, could be a bit cleaner. It's got lots of "working" coffee ☕ machine's. Most of the Staff are not helpful at all. They always seam to be off doing something else so you nily always have a bit of a wait at the counter...

Try the Coco-Berry Slice Slurpee

They have recently changed owners which was for the better. They always have good specials on however don't expect prices to be reasonable. They have a good selection of energy drinks if you're into that

The slushie machine here is almost always giving terrible quality.
I've filled my cup and bought significantly sub par slushies here on a number of occasions. Took me a while to realise it wasn't;t just that day

Choice of gift cards is very poor. There was special on 7 eleven app for 10% off Uber gift cards in two denominations, $25 and $50. There none in stock and staff member was not aware that 7 eleven sells Uber gift cards, neither that there was any special on above mentioned gift cards. This is very unprofessional in my opinion.

The entrance to the store has been surrounded by trash and homeless people whenever I've walked by. I felt that I should have been inoculated before being within 30 feet of the store

If you favour subpar customer service, impolite staff, and unpleasant coffee, then this is the ideal spot for you. During my visit, I requested a cash out, but the staff member not only failed to fulfil my request but also treated me rudely, claiming they didn't have change. It's perplexing why they initially assured me they could accommodate my request. I have no intention of returning to this place.

I went today to buy some sandwiches and the guy who served was on his mobile all the time. I asked him some questions about the drinks that come with the sandwiches and he got upset unbelievable I don't want to come back again .Terrible customer service.
