Dr.Tarek are been for many years our GP and I don’t have enough word to describe his excellent advice and also human care during a very stressful time with my cancer ( twice). Also referred to me a more wonderful specialist and the way he listen to me and give me hope and smile.
Thanks so much Dr. and when you are a little be behind the time in my appointment I understand some time is people more sick than me and I respect that because you also take extra time with me.

Dr Dirk Arentz of Midway Family Medical Centre is very consultative, understanding, professional. I met Dr Arentz first time this week. This is nice family medical centre located conveniently between Macquarie Park & Ryde. Good Pharmacy & places to eat downstairs as well. Good parking at the front.

Been seeing my gp for years, always helpful, clear and listens. Dr Trent is thorough and professional. Tatiana the receptionist is just beautiful and so are all the other staff. Have used the convenient Laverty pathology there too...easy online booking and offers tele consults that are so convenient. Thank you, keep up the good work.

I have been attending MFMC for some time now and I couldn't be happier with the caring nature of the doctors and staff. The ladies at reception are always smiling and helpful. The doctors are thorough and attentive.

As I sit in the waiting room I see what a tough gig these receptionists have. Please be kind to them and treat them with respect.

The receptionist are outstanding, always patient and accommodating. The doctors are passionate and thorough. I highly recommend this practice.

The most efficient medical centre. Dr Gergis and his staff are the most hard working medical centre staff I know. Always greeting with a smile. So accommodating. Even though the gap fee is now charged it pays to get treated with respect and as a human not just another patient. Also I travel 40min to come here.

Wait was longer than expected but doctor was very comprehensive so I was happy.

Dr Gergis as well as all the doctors at midway family medical centre are always warm, welcoming and interested to investigate and offer the best treatment options, while making the patients feel comfortable and safe. Me my husband and two young children have been visiting this medical centre the past seven years and we feel confident that we have been given the best advice.

My first appointment in the centre was satisfactory. Didn’t wait too long. Doctor was very courteous and approachable (Dr Jane Lualhati). Will definitely attend again same doctor. Receptionist was professional.

I went into the practice with a cold & coughing
badly. Lovely receptionist Tatiana was so kind to offer me some warm water. I was instantly touched.

Dr Gergis is a very thorough, warm and professional GP.
He takes his time in a consult and i could tell he is a very experienced GP who sincerely wants to help his patient.
I will not hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable family GP!

Centre was a little busy on Saturday but understandable as they were understaffed that day. Bulk billed which was a pleasant surprise for a weekend consult.
Went to see Dr Tarek Gergis for an assessment of an achilles injury that a previous GP did not provide good (any real) advice for. Dr Gergis was very helpful and explained next steps clearly, despite the centre being busy and him being a bit behind the bookings schedule. Felt reassured with his advice and assessment, and will be going back to him for a follow up. Highly recommend going to see him.

My family are so proud to be a patients of Midway Family Medical Centre for so many years. No matter where you go always end up here!!!. Dr.Gergis is very thorough and highly professional . Front desk always efficient, welcoming and so lovely.
Other doctors are wonderful and caring.
I don't mind waiting time at all to see a good doctor. Such a good clinic.

Minimal wait time after booking an appointment - reception suggested on phone, an ideal time to visit.

Doctor personable, thorough and informed. In-house pathology nurse friendly and gentle with blood sampling. Did not feel rushed or under-scrutinised.

A positive experience, would return if or when it were necessary.

Edit to note an unexpected personal follow-up call confirming results from pathology and reiterating the discussed management plan. This really is a model of true customer care.

Tried to book in one evening as I got bitten by a pooch. Reception ladies are as friendly as you will find and couldn't be more professional. Dr Tarek was absolutely fantastic! And then bulk billed... this place is an absolutely fantastic medical centre. Just moved to the area and this will be mine and my family's medical centre from now!!

Everyone from the reception to the doctors goes above and beyond for their patients. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Dr Gergis for your patience and understanding with my countless questions. You go into great detail to ensure my care. Thank you Tatiana for squeezing me in on several occasions and keeping me up to date on results and advising when items are ready for collection.

My partner was recently diagnosed with a pregnancy and the appointment we had with Dr Kamaluddin was excellent. He was very patient with us. Took a very detailed medical history, walked us through how the process will be and came out as extremely caring and knowledgeable. Well done Dr Kamaluddin Ahmed!

Dr Kohen Lau is very nice. I know Govt is not paying enough for bulk billing but this is a service of mankind as well. People respect you.

My experiences going to Midway Medical Centre have always been 5 star. Sometimes there is a wait, but it's because they care about their patients and you leave feeling looked after. I've tried going to other Medical Centres and i ended up always going back to Midway Medical because they are so experienced. It's worth it everytime! Thank you Dr. Gergis, Dr. Balasingham, Aleena and Tatianna- great teamwork!!
