We had our beautiful triple extension Kalbarri table delivered last week and I would like to send a huge thank you to the guys who delivered it as they were awesome. The table is so heavy and they brought it in very carefully and positioned it perfectly. So Tommy, Ricky and Lamond THANK YOU!

I've been dealing with the lovely Tanya who is Domayne's online Customer Service Manager and she has been absolutely fabulous. My parcel ended up at the post office after not having anyone at the office when it was delivered. Tanya helped me locate it and told me to call her back if I had any problems. She was so professional and friendly. In fact, the staff answering the calls at Liverpool are very friendly. :)

Great experience so far so good ! phoned in first to ask a question got a very helpful friendly staff member Danica who is the floor manager she meet me in store once we came and provided great service helpful and knowledgeable when helping choose our lounge . Sunny the owner was awesome as well!! we left very happy ! Just have to wait for the two lounges to come and hope it’s all this easy through the purchase process Liverpool domayne 5 stars keep up the great work :)

Our experience began with Ilijana, her commitment and attention to detail in keeping us updated was refreshing and very much appreciated. And then Jacob and Jamin arrived with the delivery and installation. Pleasant, professional, hard working young men who did a great job, they were tidy, respectful and had a sense of humour as well! Tommy and Ricky, the installation guys provided excellent and quick service. Very professional, kind and easy going. We purcahsed our king bed, table and lounges from Domayne Liverpool. Tommy and Ricky installed all three items at our place. Their level of service was second to none.

Good selection of furniture to choose from. Many items particularly lounges are customisable to your own tastes. The prices are a bit higher than many other stores but the warranty is also longer so that seems fair. The customer service is superb, they will do anything they can to help you out. I ordered a pair of lounges and needed delivery by a certain day. The day before delivery the manager called the supplier and delivery man to ensure they were delivered by the time I needed them. I absolutely recommend these guys. Refreshing change from my experience with most other furniture stores.

Me and my wife received fantastic customer service and great shopping experience from Domayne Liverpool bedding department today when we made our bedding purchase.
We didn’t think of purchase anything today when we came for shopping, but salesperson Vicky she was very professional and friendly. She greeted us and identified our potential needs. Then she showed us around with bed frames options then explained to us all the relevant info.
Then she spent over one hour to explain all the differences in mattresses and asked us to lie down and try freely. We felt confident to buy from her and she talked to her boss Emel for us to get a good price.
We got a amazing deal today for the bedroom suite and mattress thanks to Vicky and Emel!

I received my brand new lounge set on the weekend and it looks great! I would like to give a special thank you to the delivery guys (Tommy & Ricky) who were absolutely awesome in setting up the furniture and also giving me advice on the best layout for the room.

I am so happy with the service I have been receiving from Domayne!! In particular- Ishpreet, the customer service manager. No task is too big! She is so helpful and patient with all my requests. She doesn’t push you into making any hasty decisions and her advice has been fantastic! Well done!!!!

Bought a queen size ensemble priced at $3000 the workers helped me choose the right bed as I wanted super firm they didn't try to force me to buy a bed I didn't want also the manager was very friendly and helpful as well

They even gave me extra things free of charge
