We have been today at this store and the customer service was brilliant. We are building a house and we’re looking for a solution to match the stairs to our hybrid flooring and staff was incredibly helpful and provided a great solution. Not even our builder could advise on it! 5 star service indeed!

Great service! We needed to find an exterior stain to closely match a timber look garage. Unfortunately the store samples did not reflect the finishes on our chosen timber. So, using our chosen timber (and at no cost to us), staff quickly produced few samples to take onsite to assist us in our decision making. We are so grateful. Thank you

We arrived at the store one Saturday afternoon and unbeknownst to us at the time they were about to shut the shop. The staff present were fully engaged and gave great advice and entertained all our questions without any hint of a hurry up. We returned to the shop a few days later for some more supplies and the team immediately remembered us and again we received amazing service. Fantastic.

I have 2 external doors, 1 door jamb/surrounds to paint and the floor of an entrance way. I've never really painted much before and the staff at this store couldn't have been more helpful.

They ran me through the options for diy, they ran me through the process, supplied the tools appropriate for my skill level and answered my inexperienced questions with respect. They made quality recommendations on which products to help bring the best put in my project.

These folks are a great resource and I'll be back for help with my future painting jobs.

This shop is the star of lockdown, for us in Canberra.

Matched the colour of an old tin of paint I had from magnet mart 6 years ago perfectly. And heaps friendly helpful staff nice n close to home will be back for all my painting needs👍

Colour matched some paint the other day and I honestly can't tell the difference between the new paint and the original, it was PERFECT! Very helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely happy and recommended over the big corporate!

I've purchased paints in this store in the past & had decent service. The colour line of the paint I was after this time wasn't in stock - left my details to call back - no response - called them back & was advised they wouldn't order it in unless I wanted 6 cans! Unfortunately it seems they've gone backwards.

I am repainting my entire house and wanted to support an Aussie product and small business at the same time, such a shame the staff are too busy ignoring their customers, they didn't even look up and acknowledge me. Facebook must have had some awesome memes today.
