Dr Benn is an excellent doctor. She is very caring and is happy to spend time thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan.

i have been going to this doctors for years and they are so lovely at the reception...yes the wait time is not ideal but it is worth it.
dr Adel is amazing at what he does!
he has performed 2 p&a's on my toe and has not failed he told me what was going to happen and feel like and made it so much easier!
he discovered a brain tumor in my dad and if he didn't discover it my dad would have died in the next 3 weeks
so this is a great doctors!

We have been going to Brassall Clinic for over 11 years, their professionalism and health advice has been second to none. There can sometimes be a longer wait time but we have mostly been advised of this and it reflects on our Doctors nature of giving the patient the time they require even if they need a little more. We highly recommend Brassall Clinic.

A genuine place of healing. Just keep in mind that good manners heal illness already. A fine clinic of caring doctors coupled by a highly profesional team of receptionists and doctors. Having said that, the doctors cannot heal you without you giving them all the information that you are experiencing

I have been attending this medical clinic for nearly twenty years and I can tell you they have wonderful doctors and staff. The ladies at reception will go out of their way to help you with anything. They're always smiling and are a pleasure to converse with. I wrote this testimonial because I was shaking my head at the other reviews here. So unfair!

Dr Adel is great with our young son. Clear with explanations, professional manner and gentle approach. The online booking system is very handy too.

Been going to Dr Andrew for over 20 years. Always explains everything to you and very up to date with information. Very happy.

Had to wait over an hour and a half for my appointment with Dr Benn, absolutely absurd considering she takes too long every single time, and it’s not just us, it’s with other people too. Terribly unprofessional.

I had an appointment with Dr Benn this morning at 8.45am thinking I wouldn't have to wait long being the second appointment for the day. At 9.10 am Dr Benn shows up through the side door to start work. 9.20am Dr Benn calls in her first appointment. At 9.37am, 52 minutes after my 8.45 appointment time, I get called in for my appointment and I was back at reception by 9.43am. A grand total of 6 minutes for my $70 less the medicare rebate. I understand that some appointments take longer than usual, I get that, but to be 52 minutes behind on the second appointment is a bit hard to swallow. So perhaps in future if I had an appointment at say 10am and wasn't seen until 10.40am, I should give them 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and then charge a $1 per minute off my $70 until I am seen to. I'm sure that'd go over well. Well Dr Benn, good thing I'm not your employer or you wouldn't have a job for long. Perhaps your employer should have a chat to you about your punctuality because it's their business and their reputation that is on review. Not a happy patient.

First time I tried to book with this clinic the receptionist was dismissive and rude “we are completely booked out today” and made no effort to listen to my concerns or reschedule me. The second time I was told their female doctors are not taking on new patients. Thanks for your service… not. Off to find a new practice then I guess.

Today i attended your clinic for my son, at 3.25pm for a 3.30pm appointment with Dr Cherie Benn. After waiting for 45 minutes and having two patients been seen by Dr Cherie Benn arriving after us. I politely asked reception on the delay. I explained that this is the forth time consecutively with Dr Benn that we have waited 45 minutes plus. I was told that, 'this is how Dr Benn operates and most patients call in advance to find out how late she is running', as the previous two patients arriving well after us had. I was told that after the patient that she is seeing, there is one more before my son would be seen. No longer being able to wait, we left. This is the second complaint I have made on this issue.

Previously, I had asked if she was going to be late. Make a courteous call and explain the delay in time. This still has not occurred. I don't feel its very professional being consistently late and expecting patients to wait. I don't know many professions where you could keep a paying customer consistently waiting and expect the client to return. This poor time management I feel needs to be addressed and on time appointments adhered to.

Always late worse time was 40 minutes, for a family practice that isnt free and charges $70 a visit they really need to step their game up. they ALWAYS over book and your never told on any expecting delays, have now found a new doctor who is always on time and i save $70 a visit

I had to wait an hour, then when I got in to see the doctor, she was an older female. She didn't give me anything I went in for. I asked for my antidepressant dosage increased and she told me no because she doesn't know me, I said fair enough can I just get a repeat of what I'm already taking and she denied me. I've now not had my antidepressants for two days and my doctor isn't back for another week. She also tried to pretty much pressure me into telling her why I had depression and she was all round rude. I will never go to this clinic again. The doctor was DR. Ben. She is the worst doctor I have ever come across.

Dr Benn was rude to my partner and I, over an hour late and very dismissive. Reception staff were polite at first but rude when we questioned the wait time. Won't be returning, don't go here if you expect to be seen even remotely on time.

Waited over 1 1/2 hours to be hurried up by the GP. Ladies at front desk seem to hate assisting people but are always on time for their lunch

Worst experience at a doctors yet. I was talked over, almost yelled at, made to feel like an incompetent mother. Will never go back seeking help again. Cried all the way home.
