Domino's Pizza Brassall

Wow!

I walked in to this shop with my 94 year old Dad. We didn’t know what could be made for lunch, but the customer service, from Ram, was exceptional….Ram helped us choose an appropriate meal for my Dad, he had the whole order ready in 10 minutes then opened the front door…as we were busy carrying pizzas.

Customer service to the elderly and disabled is paramount for us to return to this shop.

I would personally wish to congratulate Ram, for making our visit so successful….

PS. Dad loved the lunchtime pizza box of goodies!!!

Excellent experience at Domino's Brassall! Exceptional customer service from the gentleman running the register, and the food was hot, fresh and well presented upon collection. A VERY clean and well kept kitchen also! Definitely going to be the go-to for pizza nights!

We used Dominoes Brassall the last 2 weekends to feed our 1st X1 Football team and opposition after their matches. Their customer service was second to none! Amazing friendly staff and fresh hot pizza’s ready on time that both teams devoured! Thank you also for providing us with free pizza for our biggest sporting day last weekend - Old Boys Day! Your generosity was amazing! So good that we purchased more today! Thank you! We’ll be back 100% next year for the boys!

Been here now 3 times. Beautiful service. Got the Loaded Supreme with extra pepperoni and pineapple, and also a volcano cheese thing. Very very yummy 🤤🤤🤤.

Great customer service. Outside looking in, they get smashed with orders On a daily basis but they still make great pizzas on time!

Best pizza in town, ditched the red and brown box after trying these guys out two weeks back.

The young lady and the young dudeskie that were working were very kind to me. The food that was made for me was absolutely splendid. Yum yum in my tum tum. The store was spick and span although, The ads at the front of the store were repetitive and off putting. Would definitely be returning especially if these two are working. Lots of love, stay slaying! :)

Great customer service, Tasty pizza. Always welcomed with a smile and I always leave with one, whilst they hold the door open for me if I ever have my hands full. Best domino’s I’ve ever been to and now the only domino’s I will spend my money thanks to such a great management from Ram and his friendly team staff.

Pizza was on time and had a decent amount of toppings. I wish they'd cut it all the way through though.

Ordered a vegan godfather but forgot to remove the pepperoni so i asked if they wouldn't mind to redo the pizza without the pepperoni this time and they did it without a surcharge, absolute legend thank you so much ❤

We had a bad experience about 6 months ago with wrong orders and poor quality, but heard there is now new management so we gave them ago. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizzas were on time and absolutely delicious this time around.Only problem is they don't deliver to us (karrabin) anymore as they have changed the delivery radius, but as the quality was great we didn't mind.Manager said once they are up and running properly they will be doing a wider delivery range. Keep up the good work Domino's we will be back.

Ordered online tonight the online tracker was very accurate walked right in order was ready, and the lovely gentleman even walked my order out to my car it was amazing
