BWS Brassall

Love Brassall BWS. The staff are always friendly and helpful and happy to advise on their products. I've had issues with the couriers a couple of times. Wouldn't shop anywhere else been a customer now for quite a few years.

Very helpful and friendly staff members everytime I go in. I just ordered BWS online, within 20 minutes my order was here (around 45mins earlier than the estimated delivery) Great service!

Got Drinks delivered tonight got one VB delivered instead of the 3pack ordered called the store ...he took full responsibility WHAT a FANTASTIC team member he is an asset ..best service I have gotten from BWS BRASSALL in 2years. Good on ya mate!!!! U deserve it...

Popped in just to buy a 6 pack of beer. Friendly service person suggested a brand that was on special. Good deal. Pretty good beer. 👍

Called into BWS Brassall last weekend, clean and tidy, well displayed, shop assistant with long red hair Jac? was very friendly and helpful. a pleasure to shop at, wish all BWS were this great.

Popped into bws tonight, well presented, neat and tidy, couldn't find what I was looking for but a nice friendly staff, Shae-lee was very kind, helpful and found what I was looking for, definitely recommend and great customer service. Well done

Went in to the bottle shop to grab some beers after helping clean up from the floods and the guy working there chucked in some extras for us to thank the community for helping 🤍 what a legend!! Get around them for sure in these hard times!
