My daughter has attended for 4 years, since she was only one year old. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the small centre provides a real sense of family and community. My daughter has learned to appreciate and celebrate other people and cultures, to communicate and help others and some valuable language skills.

An amazing place offers love, care and lots of learning opportunities. They have followed strictly with the hygiene policy and the centre is always clean. The staff are friendly and patient to the family and children. I love sending my children there seeing them learn lots of things, especially Mandarin.

Our daughter has now been attending in the infant/toddler room for more than a year and we *love* CAECC.

We originally sent her specifically for all of the advantages of immersion in a bilingual environment at such a young age (and such a valuable and important language as mandarin!).

What we didn't expect was all the love, structure, care and attention from Zilla, Leslie, Jenny and all the incredible educators at the centre. Furthermore they provide me with piece of mind and reassurance virtually daily by posting photos, videos and descriptions of their days using the storypark app, which to receive the notification of is the highlight of my busy life. They are so busy with amazing activities every day!

We are very grateful to the hard-working and exceptionally caring staff and educators at the centre and gosh we're going to miss everyone when she has to move on.

Our oldest child has been attending for almost 3 years, and our youngest has just started recently. It's a great centre, with hard working, dedicated staff. Particularly impressed with the warmth shown to my 1yo by the staff in the infants room in the last few weeks - has made settling in a lot easier. Communication is good, staff turnover low, reasonable fees and the kids learn Mandarin to boot. The staff were really supportive and helpful with toilet training (their advice worked really well!) and somehow managed to get my kids napping better than at home. Love receiving the daily updates and photos of what the kids have been doing.

Our children have been at this centre for three years and absolutely love it. They have both grown and developed so much under the amazing care of the educators.

The centre is always clean, the educators are kind, courteous and very respectful, they communicate very well and raise issues as soon as they notice them, some even before we as parents had noticed things. Our sons eye disorder was noticed thanks to the watchful observations of the educators, we hadn’t even noticed the problem and thanks to them were able to seek early medical treatment.

We have never seen an educator on their phone and our children are always clean and happy on pick up. We highly recommend this centre.

Hidden gem in Canberra! It is worth our half an hour drive everyday.

Our son has attended this centre since 10 months old and build great relationships with the educators and his friends. We saw a huge improvement with his routine, eating and sleeping since he attend this centre. The staff always attentive, caring and professional. Educators always passionate, hard working and enjoying their time with children. I am so happy everyday to see how they smile to greet the children with such a happy positive place to be.

Staff turnover is very low and they have many years of experience as you can see from their interaction and great activity programs for child's developments. They are very calm and great in handling unsettle children. The centre is very clean and organise. Communication with them is also very easy.

My son now is 2 and can speak better Mandarin than us. He is very secure and has grown so well.

Can't thank you enough for CAECC team. Thank you for all your hard work and for my son to be part of your family.

I am so grateful there is a biligual childcare centre where our child could speak our home language and learn about our culture. She loves it since the orientation session. The staff are very loving and caring. My girl settled in without any issues and always happy each morning going to "school". There were occasions she was not scheduled to go to "school" or on holidays, she got herself ready with her bag by the door calling us "go to school". A happy child tells all!

Both of my kids went to the CAECC and I can't recommend the centre high enough. After moving my older kid from a pretty bad centre, I really appreciate the care offered by the educators and the effort they make in providing the best bilingual education for young kids. Love the communication via StoryPark, both daily on the group and routinely on individual development. My kids have been happy to go to childcare since day 1 with CAECC, compared to all the crying with the previous one. I'm also amazed that the centre is ran so many years by a committee of volunteers who have a passion in bilingual early learning education. This means all our fees go directly into running the centre.

the childcare centre have staff who are kind and caring, and have continued to look after all my children. the carers are always energetic, creating positive experience for the kids.the added bonus is the immersion of kids in mandarin and allowing a great transition to mawson school , one of the handful bilingual schools in canberra. the preschool room was also recently refurbished with new playground. the kids also enjoy gardening and looking after their herbs patch.

We moved to Canberra mid-2021 and enrolled our toddler daughter at CAECC. It was a big transition and I can’t thank the staff enough for the kind, patient and caring help they gave our little one (and us!) as we settled in. She is now thriving and LOVES daycare. The whole centre is so committed to the bilingual approach as well. Thank you CAECC!

I couldn't recommend this place enough. My son loves the staff and he has also felt in love with Mandarin. It is amazing to see him so interested in a new language. The care, communication, staff is amazing. The feeling of community is really nice too.

My experience for the CAECC is nothing but positive. CAECC has been a mainstay of our family for the past 6 years. My eldest went there when she was 10 months old and now my son goes there as a baby. One of the main things I love about the CAECC team is the consistency of the staff, they have very low turnover, which shows that it must also be a great environment to work in. The educators have done a wonderful job with the Centre, and I'm so sad that my daughter's time is coming to an end as she heads off to Kindy this year. Her mandarin has improved drastically given the educators speak multilingual (mandarin being one of them). I highly recommend CAECC to everyone who asks, there are so many wonderful things to say, but the most important is the wonderful team of staff who care for my children. You really couldn't ask for a better group of carers who support, care for and educate my/our children since they were small babies.
ps - My kids have learned so much from them in the time that they've been at CAECC. And when they bring what they've learned home for me to see, I get ecstatic.I truly can't speak highly enough of this Centre. :-)

Love this centre, staff are dedicated (turnover is low). Our children have attended for many years and have created meaningful bonds with educators and friends. The opportunity to access a bilingual centre is rare.

The Chinese educators here are very attentive, kind and diligent. New activities and programs every day. They put a lot of careful thought and effort into it. They work very hard.
The place always seems pretty calm and happy considering its full of kids whizzing around like charged particles.
My daughter doesn't realise her good fortune of course.
Though she did say recently, 'I was happy at pre-school today'.

Great daycare that both of our little boys love. The educators really care about the kids :)

Both my children went to this cc and unfortunately kids had terrible experience there. Poos in pants until it became hard while there were two carers around her but they were just talking with each other. Careers ignored the smell and just focused on their own social.

A poor quality one as we can see around in Canberra. Although there are few dedicated staff there, Most people there really did not look after our kids very well and they appear to pretend hardworking while actually may spend lots of time playing their phones.
