Eyes on Brassall

Excellent customer service, well beyond my expectations. Thanks to my overwhelmingly positive experiences dealing with the team here, my wife has also decided to mover her business to Eyes on Brassall.

100% the best opt I've ever been to. I was given information that has never been given to me in over 10 years about how to improve my eye health. I was given recommendations that I've never received before, despite having the same complaint for years - and they work! The glasses selection was great, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My partner went here first after neglecting his eye care for years and he was really stoked about how helpful the staff were in helping him pick out a set of frames. He's a burly bloke of very little works, with a standoffish appearance. He often gets no customer service due to his resting b face haha but they went above to beyond to make recommendations and give him the best set based on his lifestyle, work and face shape.

All the people are amazing, especially Jodie. I have been going there for more than a couple of years for everything I've needed, they are friendly, helpful and efficient. Recently I had to go out of Ipswich for a longish period, just before my new glasses arrived, they went above and beyond what I expected, posting me the glasses and then following up to make sure they had arrived safely. Definitely the best!!

Great service and they fixed my bent twisted reading glasses for free. The staff are friendly, efficient and fun. Have been to Eyes on Brassall several times over the last few years and have always received the same excellent friendly helpful service.

This is far and away the best optometrist in the western corridor. Great service quality products and expert advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not to often I give 5stars but the staff are wonderful people and very helpful this place is a must if you need anything to do with glasses
