Providential Point Lookout

Beautiful view, despite the cloudiness and wind on the day. Easy walk from the carpark.

10 mins walk from the car park then you reach to this beautiful lookout. You also have easy access to coastal walk using stairs.
Worth all the effort !!

A good place for hiking! Beautiful views and we'll laid path. The path leads to a small beach and goes to otford if you are in for a walk through bushes..

a short 10 min max walk to the cliff edge will reward you with whale spotting (jul-Aug) and a wonderful view. Great for Camping and BBQ

Beautiful & serene atmosphere. Nice place for ocean lookout. If you are lucky you could watch whales & dolphins go by. We were in luck, we did have a look at a school of both 🐬 and 🐳

I don't have any words to describe the beauty of the place, please I strongly recommend this place to visit.

Epic - what a find. Surf beach, a lagoon, and 12m cliffs for jumping plus some serenity away from the crowds if you walk a little way inland along the lagoon.

Must visit place if your going to Royal National Park. Beautiful rock formations and nice sea view. Walkway built for easy access to view point. If you are lucky in whale watching season you can see whales from top view point. Keep drinking water with you in hit wethers. Keep eye on kids while walking as there is no fence near the edge.

Easy coastal walk with a good variety in scenery and great views along the way. If you're lucky you might even see an echidna.

Just half a kilometre walk (trek) from Wattamolla beach parking space. That is most mesmerising at time near the sunset. Sunset makes the right half of the view orange and blue and other half into dark shade of blue and black.
View can’t be described best by words but just by the eyes. Even pictures can’t capture the whole feel of it.
One must visit this point if you are going to Wattamolla beach.
Also, if you walk just half a kilometre ahead you got to see more scenic beauty, as that takes you to higher edge of the same scene, from where you can see the whole wide spread sea, and it splashing all around the mountain you are standing on.

view here is amazing! totally worth the walk, plus the path is elevated making it accessible. it also allows you to take the stairs to the coastal walk after.

This lookout is amazing. It is best to visit early morning before the sun rises and hits the rocks. It has an amazing track too to keep those legs working.
