Foot Locker & House of Hoops

I bought a brownish dunk sneaker at the Perth City store today, and Patrick was absolutely amazing!!!! He assisted me in choosing the most suitable shoes with great enthusiasm and passion. His expertise made the entire experience enjoyable and satisfying. I truly appreciate his assistance and love the overall shopping experience today!

It was my sons 10th birthday we received an amazing service from Hudson in the store . His knowledge and passionate was very refreshing . It was the best customer service we've had in a long time. It took our son over an hour to decide on his choice and we tried many shoes on his patience with him was amazing. We will always head back to this store for our son who is a little sneakerhead .

AYLA and HUDSON is the reason I have decided to change my 1 star review to a deserving 5 star upgrade, I had a horrible experience there from a rude and obnoxious sales team a couple of years back so I stopped going, so today I gave it another chance.

I am so glad I did, Hudson who wasn't even on the clock and just got off work went out of his way to ask if I required any assistance, mind you he's off work. Ayla stepped up to the plate to handle the rest of my transactions, she is amazing and was very patient and helpful all the while performing a very efficient juggling act serving four other customers all at the same time including myself, I'm very impressed with these two.

Footlocker if you're reading this, make sure to take care of these exemplary employees, I love spending money and I absolutely don't mind spending more of it, especially by the way I was treated by Hudson and Ayla today, outstanding experience over all by these two, I have plenty more kicks to cop.....and yes, I am what you call a sneakerhead.

Went in last Thursday night after Jack answered the phone with a brilliant telephone manner, ended up getting some new asics kayano 29s which fit perfectly and amazing for treadmill. The socks are great too! 3 other companies didn't answer the phone. Brilliant phone and in store service. I will definitely be back.

Really good customer service, helped me find the exact right size for a Nike air Max 90s shoes (8.5) and put them on hold for me for 24 hours while I look at some others I'm looking at. Very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Let me try on all three sizes for both feet and walk around in them. Nice helpful good service. Decent shop. Thanks

Recently Perth city store is the best store. Always happy purchasing there.Staffs have exceptional customer service . Especially there is a sale assistant name Darren K who is the best! Very enthusiastic and very helpful! Thank you Darren.

Footlocker Murray st is by far the best footlocker in WA, the service I get everytime I shop there is amazing and always have great conversations with the staff. They remembered who I was from the last time I went in and they asked about a uni exam that I had to do the day after my first shop there. I really appreciate and respect the fact that they remember people they serve and they put the effort in to make conversation. They all clearly enjoy their jobs and it shows with how great the store looks and how happy all the customers are that shop there. Would recommend shopping there!

Amazing store,always greeted when walking in but not pestered with pointless small talk to entice me to buy if I don't want to!!! Actually met the love of my life and mother to my children in this store! Great service and when you aproche them with a problem they are happy to try to help!

I've been into footlocker Murray st a couple of times these last couple months and for certain they've always had a full house full of customers and I now know why. Without a doubt, you are always greeted at the front of the store and by majority of staff. They are always friendly and quick to get to customers with a big smile. Me being a uni student and me being on a budget they for sure gave me a good selection of shoes to choose from. They also offered a 10% off with their footlocker app that I didn't know of and I advise everyone to get on it! if you're trying to save that extra dollar. From my experience, I have nothing but good things to say about this store and staff. A big 10/10.

Nice and helpful staff, with a small store not every colorway is in store but most shoe models are. I would personally check their online store beforehand to find a colourway then try the fit instore and order your colour in store, then they will order from another foot locker. Delivery is also free and comes in a reasonable amount of time.

Just want to say a MASSIVE thankyou to the floor crew . After going to 10 different shops foot locker came through. A special thanks to the shoe man, up the back with all the goods (with dredds) . Thankyou for your cool ,chilled and yet warm responce to my kid telling you I kinka bribe him into getting straight A s with new sneakers.
One day soon I hope to see you as a sales director on the board .And you are right , it's worth feeling.

Had a lot of good stock and things in stock besides special edition colourways like space jams and gadorades but that's expected, staff was really friendly, they helped me find my fits

Footlocker in Murray street has a great atmosphere the staff are very welcoming and they have a variety of sneakers from basketball, running and everyday use. I’d recommend anyone shopping to see Josh in the house of hoops section as he is very friendly and offers great customer service
