Went into dusk for the first time, was a bit overwhelmed with all the scents but the sales person Kenya was extremely lovely and helpful. 10/10 experience

Be aware of the packaging on the essential oils, it’s similar to 25m but the glass bottle is only half full, you only get 10m for $20

Quality of goods are terrible they seem to always have some issue with faulty products. I can see why only a few shops have remained open with franchise, years ago so many dusk shops around.
Not worth the money you can find better elsewhere.

Bought a clock diffuser and it broke after 14 months. Out of warranty so asked for it to be repaired (which they don’t offer) and then offered a 5% discount if I bought a new one! Will never shop here again and would recommend people don’t bother
