UNIQLO Bondi Westfield

Very pleaseant experience. It was nice and quiet first thing in the morning. Extremely helpful staff who came over to assist us with selecting stock or another staff member in providing a shopping bag for our items. I found what i wanted and I like the quality.

Can't go wrong, there's always someone offering a carry bag because you're overspending. Hot tip all the special/limited editions shirts 90% of the time are at the front and usually plenty of stock. The website is an accurate place to find that info too.

Huge range but the store can get very busy and there might not be much room between shelves for those that need more space (wheelchairs, prams, strollers, walking sides). Changing rooms with alterations available (eg. For changing pant leg length). Self checkout has been automated to know what items you have in your shopping bag even if you haven't taken the items out individually.

A great store that always has everything I'm looking for. Friendly staff and good service.

I regularly buy clothes from here and couldn't be happier. The store is of decent size, so has everything I need when I look for it. There are about a million change rooms too, so you will never be waiting for one.

I made a return plus an exchange at the same time once, and it was done quickly and the staff knew exactly how to process the payment etc..

Will always recommend this place for anyone looking for clothes; great quality but also well-priced.

9.9.2023 about 5.00-5.30pm . I went to Uniqlo Bondi to find a thermal for myself. They have so many of them, I went to fitting room to try them on. Even you can not open the packaging, but they will find the sample for you to try. poeple in the fitting room are so helpful and they great people so nice, and they are so friendly. Even they are busy they are still willing to help, especially there's this staff in the fitting room. She personally went out with me together to find the heat tech and explain everything to me in details. with this, I just want to say, whoever trained the staffs. you are doing good. whoever the staffs are on this day(1 glasses guy, 2 ladies) you guys doing great job! and thankyou to the staff lady

Very good quality cloths. Price little high.
Only issue they do not take return if item purchased from other location. I wonder when all stores follow this policy what is the issue

5 star service from a young Asian man at the check out counter at around 4.30pm on 6 January 2023. I went in to exchange a Christmas gift and this young man blitz it. Fast, efficient, great customer service. Well done.

Not expensive, I am travelling to a couple of climates poles apart so I grabbed items that pack well

I got my finger cut from somewhere else and couldn’t believe that Natalie had noticed and immediately handed me a bandaid. I said it was okay, but she smiled and told me my finger could be throbbing when I touched the items with that open injury. Also, she gave me a heads up to be careful when applying hand sanitiser on my hand because the alcohol could hurt it. How sweet it was! I absolutely will be back for both qualified products and staff members!

The young man who served me,Brendan,couldn’t do enough to help me. I was looking for a puffer jacket for my son,and Brendan was more than helpful! Good on you UNIQLO for your wonderful products and for your great staff!
