Went in just to try chairs, he ended up telling me everything I needed to know about chairs. Had the most knowlege of anyone i had asked, more knowlege than anything i could find online. Taught me how to sit properly and how to fix the issues with my posture. He offered to check out a chair and headrest he didnt even stock. Told me about which stores stocked different brands of chairs. Would give 10 stars if I could, could not reccomend more.

I brought in an old chair I bought from gumtree with a broken column. Wasn’t looking to spend too much on it as I only purchased it for $25.

Ken was so helpful and kind with his recommendations. He gave me a few options all at different price points which was great for me! He truly went above and beyond with the repair, even finding a chrome base that matched my chair perfectly instead of placing the cheaper (my choice!) plastic base on. Couldn’t be more happy with his work and I’d recommend him to anyone ☺ I had the most fun just hanging about and trying all the different chairs he has in stock at the shop!

I bought this gorgeous leather Chesterfield office chair second hand. It had been retro-fitted with a gas lift which wasn't working, and it had 1 broken wheel.
Ken was very knowlegable and easy to deal with. I am so happy with the repair, the price and the service. 2 days later, and I'm sitting in my office with the most comfy chair ever!

I'm very happy with my chair. Ken is one of those old-fashioned tradesmen who really cares about service - there's no flashy showroom, just a guy who really knows his stuff with a bunch of top-notch products. Not worth your time to go anywhere else.

I'd bought and assembled a chair I'd purchased from elsewhere but it just wasn't working! I took it to one other place but they couldn't work it out. They suggested Ken - he knew the problem as soon as he saw it, then worked on my chair for less than 5 mins and had it all sorted. Amazing service - also told me how to adjust it and now it is soooo comfortable. Ken is the best! I'm buying from Ken in the future.

Ken spent almost an hour teaching us about the correct seating posture, active seating, and answered any question we had about proper seating/chairs to ensure we were making the best choice and not just trying to sell us a chair. He's clearly very knowledgeable and really cares about his customers

I had what I thought was a mechanical problem with my ergonomic chair. Ken took one look at it and advised (politely) that it was an operator error and showed me the how and why. He then proceeded to give the chair a service on the spot, repairing some torn foam and oiling the mechanism, all complimentary. I was grateful for his time and his generosity.
